| As the guardians of national economic interests,grass-roots audit cadres play an irreplaceable role in protecting the vital interests of the people from infringement.Whether the grassroots audit cadres are politically strong,professionally competent and worthy of the trust of the Party and the people is directly related to whether the audit function plays a role.Therefore,the research of the dynamic mechanism of grass-roots audit cadres has always been the focus of the whole audit system.Although,Jiangsu Provincial Audit Office implemented the "five strong audit" three-year action plan in the province,effectively solved the phenomenon of "lazy and slow drag",fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of audit cadres and officers,but the grass-roots audit work There are still some problems in the ministry of responsibility as a work motivation,which need to be improved.Therefore,this paper takes the grass-roots audit cadres of the three cities and three districts under T City,Jiangsu Province as the research object,and discusses how to improve the driving mechanism of the grass-roots audit cadres,which has more practical significance.In this paper through the literature method,questionnaire,field interview method,through the questionnaire to grassroots audit cadres,questionnaire summary analysis,and grass-roots audit cadres interview,etc.,understand the current audit cadres in the dynamic mechanism and the lack of power,so as to improve the grassroots audit cadres as the dynamic mechanism of countermeasures.Through the questionnaire analysis and field interview,the factors affecting the motivation of grassroots audit work include salary,job promotion,office conditions,target responsibility,work pressure,assessment mechanism,etc.And affect the grass-roots audit cadre work power of the original These reasons include low salary,insufficient material incentives;narrow promotion channels,insufficient motivation for audit cadres,inadequate working environment,insufficient psychological incentives,insufficient audit pressure,insufficient self-motivation for audit targets,insufficient motivation;insufficient power achievement,inadequate internal performance system and insufficient motivation.Finally,combined with the realistic performance and the root cause of the insufficient motivation of grass-roots audit cadres,it is proposed to enhance the sense of responsibility spirit and motivation of audit cadres Relevant countermeasures and suggestions,namely: improve the assessment mechanism,strengthen humanistic care,strengthen cadre training,pay attention to internal incentives,strengthen the work style construction of audit institutions and other ways. |
