The Government Functions In The Development Of Rural Tourism In Dongtai City Under The Background Of The Rural Revitalization Strategy

The countryside has become an important leisure and consumption place for urban residents to relax,relieve work pressure and increase feelings.Rural tourism can promote industrial linkage,optimize the use of rural resources,and promote the sustainable economic and cultural development of the countryside.It is in line with the party’s rural revitalization strategy and is conducive to building a well-off society in an all-round way and helping to do a good job in agriculture,rural areas and farmers.However,the current functions of the local government in the development of rural tourism are insufficient.The government should improve its understanding of its own functions,improve the level of public services,optimize various functions,and promote the development of rural tourism and the implementation of rural revitalization strategies.This article studies the government functions in the development of rural tourism in Dongtai City under the background of the rural revitalization strategy.First,it explains the background and significance of the subject research,and combs the status of government functions in rural revitalization,rural tourism,and rural tourism at home and abroad to integrate public products.It is based on the integration of public product theory,local governance theory and sustainable development theory.Use literature analysis method,conceptual analysis method,empirical research method,survey method and experience summary method.The status of the Chinese government’s functions has been summarized and found that there are five major problems in the development of rural tourism in Dongtai City under the background of rural revitalization: incomplete overall rural tourism development planning,incomplete supporting facilities,inadequate publicity and marketing,insufficient capital investment,and low management service levels.The reasons for the problems are that the government has not comprehensively coordinated the development of rural tourism planning,the construction of rural tourism development infrastructure has not paid attention to the needs of tourists,the external promotion and marketing of rural tourism has many constraints,the formulation of investment policies for rural tourism projects is not attractive,and the development of rural tourism lacks professionalism.Management service talents.Finally,the government proposed to improve the overall plan of rural tourism development,strengthen the construction of tourism public service facilities,strengthen the external publicity and marketing of rural tourism,optimize the business environment of the rural tourism market,and improve the management and service level of rural tourism.It is hoped that the research in this article can quickly identify its own position,transform government functions,and promote the rapid development of political and economic tourism in Dongtai City under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization,and increase the income of rural residents.
