Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Grid Management In Public Health Emergencie

At the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),grassroots governance is the cornerstone of state governance,and coordinating urban and rural community governance is a basic project to modernize the country’s governance system and capacity.At present,our country is in a critical period of transition to high-quality development.As the basic unit to implement high-quality governance measures,community is also the key to carry out efficient emergency management.It realizes normal operating order of economic and social through the grid.In recent years,various public health emergencies have occurred frequently,especially the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak in early 2020.Due to its continuous transmission and mutation,the virus has developed into a global pandemic with rapid transmission and high infection rate,posing a great threat to people’s life,health and safety.It also hinders social and economic development to some extent.The occurrence of public health emergencies,such as the novel coronavirus outbreak,is a strong signal that communities need to improve their ability to cope with risks and challenges,and also an important reminder to take multiple measures to improve the effectiveness of community governance.It is not only a severe test for the community grid management model,but also helps to continuously optimize the community grid management capacity,so as to achieve dynamic adaptation to complex risks.Therefore,The research on community grid management under the background of public health emergencies has certain practical application value.This paper focuses on community grid management under the background of public health emergencies,takes G Street in Dianjiang County,which has typical community basic elements,as the research sample,and starts from its practice of coping with COVID-19 as the micro entry point.Based on in-depth analysis of domestic and foreign research literature and typical cases,this paper conducts field visits to investigate the operation of grid management in G Street community in Dianjiang County.Focusing on the actual situation at the grassroots level,the problems existing in the community grid management work are put forward and the reasons are analyzed,and the measures to optimize the community grid emergency management are put forward.In this paper,it is found that in the process of coping with the COVID-19 epidemic in G Street,there are some problems in the community grid management,such as low quality of grid management service,low efficiency of grid management service,weak grid management strength,and delayed community emergency transformation,and the causes of these problems are analyzed in depth.Based on this,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to improve the level of community grid management under the background of public health emergencies.The countermeasures and suggestions proposed in this paper include: optimizing the service level of grid management,strengthening the application of information technology,building a grid service community,and improving the community emergency response mechanism.The research on relevant issues and countermeasures in this paper not only has positive significance for improving the community grid management service level under the background of public health emergencies,but also has reference value for communities to cope with other major risks and challenges in the future.
