| As one of the significant contents of the government’s targeted poverty alleviation strategy,targeted education funding occupies an important position in China’s targeted poverty alleviation strategy and plays an important role in "blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty".Based on the perspective of targeted poverty alleviation,this paper investigates and studies the implementation effect of financial funding policy for ordinary high school students in Yongjia County,Wenzhou City.By referring to relevant literature research,in-depth field interview and questionnaire survey,the financial funding status of ordinary high school students in Yongjia County,Wenzhou City was obtained.This paper explores the existing problems and reasons of precision funding for ordinary high schools in Yongjia County of Wenzhou City from four aspects,namely the target of funding,the participants of funding,the allocation of funding funds and the effect of funding,and proposes effective optimization strategies based on this.According to the survey,the following problems exist in the precise funding work of ordinary high schools in Yongjia County,Wenzhou City: First,in terms of the target of the funding,the information of students with financial difficulties is distorted,the evaluation criteria of students with financial difficulties are different,and the identification of poverty-stricken families on the original file is unreasonable;Second,the participants of the funding: lack of understanding of the funding policy,insufficient professional funding personnel,low efficiency of the implementation of the funding subject;Third,the allocation of financial funding: the low standard of student financial funding,the single source of financial funding,and the allocation of financial funding is inconsistent with the actual demand;Fourth,the effect of financial funding: student financial funding neglects the role of educating students,and the process of financial aid lacks dynamic supervision and feedback.The corresponding optimization countermeasures are as follows: in terms of funding targets,the accuracy level of funding targets should be improved,and the identification standards for students from financially disadvantaged families should be improved;In terms of the participants in funding,it is necessary to vigorously promote funding policies,diversify publicity methods,strengthen the construction of funding teams,and establish a complete incentive mechanism for funding work;In terms of funding allocation,it is necessary to increase financial support investment,fully utilize social forces to participate in funding,and timely improve funding standards;In terms of funding effectiveness,it is necessary to effectively improve the effectiveness of funding and education in order to play its role,and improve the supervision and tracking feedback evaluation mechanism for student funding. |
