Research On Government Supervision In The Process Of Live Broadcast Delivery In China

Since the advent of e-commerce as an Internet business model different from traditional forms of commerce and trade,it has greatly changed the consumption habits of the people and explored the potential value of the market to a large extent,at the same time,as the core means of e-commerce——Network information technology has also been further developed.Subsequently,with the development of self-media platforms such as Tik Tok and Kuaishou,the era of "entertainment for all" has officially begun,and the way for the public to participate in it has gradually evolved from the initial "short video" to "real-time live broadcast".Under the background of the unstoppable development of the digital economy,"online live streaming goods" based on e-commerce and self-media came into being,since 2016,it has become a new force that enriches the daily lives of ordinary people and stimulates domestic economic growth.In 2020,the global new crown epidemic broke out,home isolation,lockdowns and silence became the norm in the fight against the epidemic,the offline physical industry bore the brunt,on the contrary,"online live streaming goods",which is both entertaining and commercial,has rapidly developed from a hot spot to a new field of industry with considerable scale in the context of the times.From large enterprises to free individuals,have embarked on this express train,emerging industries coupled with huge participation,the drawbacks of government supervision are increasingly prominent,if not rectified,not only the current industry in all kinds of chaos problems are difficult to solve,but also will bury major hidden dangers to China’s economic development.Through literature,comparative analysis,network investigation and other methods,this paper focuses on various chaotic problems in the online live streaming industry,combined with the current situation of the Chinese government’s supervision of the industry,based on the research on the development process and characteristics of the online live streaming industry,deeply analyzes the problems existing in the process of supervision carried out by the Chinese government,explores the causes and puts forward optimization plans in a targeted manner:It mainly includes building a green live broadcast platform,improving the regulatory system and optimizing the reporting feedback mechanism,etc.,hoping that through the author’s shallow inductive research,it can provide useful reference for eliminating potential hidden dangers in the online live streaming industry and building a green,healthy and orderly live streaming marketing environment.
