T County Tax Service Personnel Construction Research

The construction of a competent taxation service talent pool can improve the efficiency of taxation services,better meet the needs of electronic tax development,ensure the implementation of various tax policies,increase taxpayer satisfaction,guide effective resource allocation,enhance social and economic vitality,and enable the government to fulfill its taxation-related functions effectively.Therefore,it is crucial to further improve the business and work capabilities of taxation service talents,optimize the talent structure,enhance service enthusiasm,improve the good relationship between taxpayers and tax collectors,and build an efficient,scientific,effective,high-quality,and sustainable taxation service talent team.Based on the data and information obtained through various sources such as work materials,questionnaire surveys,and telephone interviews,a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the current status of taxation service talent development at the T County Taxation Bureau was conducted.The study delved deeply into the awareness of taxation service personnel,age structure,professional information technology talent development,and the efficiency of taxation service talent.Through in-depth analysis,the root causes of the current problems were identified,including weak ideological construction,lack of initiative,imperfect positive and negative taxation service incentive performance,low efficiency of taxation service training,and jobperson mismatch.In conclusion,targeted measures were proposed to address the issues,taking into account the current status of taxation service talent development at the T County Taxation Bureau and focusing on the urgent need for high-quality talent development.These measures included effective training,optimizing incentives,scientifically matching jobs and personnel,and strengthening ideological education to enhance the effective construction of taxation service talent at the T County Taxation System.
