The Historical Evolution And Basic Experience Of Dazhai Grassroots Party Organizations In Enhancing Mass Identity (1949-2023)

The Party is the key to the success of rural affairs.Rural grass-roots party organizations are the basis for the Party to carry out all its work in rural areas.The quality of the construction of grass-roots party organizations is directly related to whether the party organization can organize the masses,whether the relationship between cadres and the masses is close,and more importantly,the degree of recognition of the masses to the party organization.The deepest foundation of the people’s recognition of the grass-roots party organizations is not absolute force,but a kind of obedience and support from the heart of the people.As an important soft power that reflects the ability and level of grass-roots party organizations,mass identity is more persuasive than coercion,and the identity lasts for a long time,has a wide range of radiation,and has a strong impact.Therefore,the organization of rural grass-roots party organizations must promote the work of grass-roots party organizations with the long-term pursuit of enhancing mass identity.At present,facing the complex and arduous task of rural revitalization in China’s rural areas,the masses have higher expectations and are more critical of the grass-roots party organizations,which requires the rural grass-roots party organizations to constantly enhance the masses’ identity to consolidate the ruling foundation.For this reason,this paper takes Dazhai Village in Shanxi Province as the research object,studies the process that the grass-roots party organizations in the village have been trusted and supported by the masses for more than 70 years,and systematically analyzes its basic experience in promoting the masses’ identity.First of all,this paper expounds the background and significance of the topic selection,research summary,research content and methods of rural grass-roots party organizations to promote mass identity.Secondly,from the logical starting point of why the grass-roots party organizations should enhance the masses’ identity,this paper analyzes the value and significance of its theoretical dimension,historical dimension and realistic dimension.Thirdly,it systematically combs the process of Dazhai village-level party organizations promoting mass identity in different periods.Through interviews with cadres and people of different ages,it is found that the relationship between Dazhai grass-roots party organizations and the masses is relatively harmonious in the past 70 years,and Dazhai grass-roots party organizations are gradually promoting mass identity in practice.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,it has focused on meeting the needs of survival,solving the problems of development since the reform and opening up,and improving the quality of life since the new era.Finally,based on the above analysis,this paper attempts to theoretically dig out the universal path of Dazhai grass-roots party organizations to enhance public recognition.Through analysis,it is found that the establishment of public values,the formation of the party masses interaction mechanism,and the strengthening of the progressiveness of the party organization itself are their years of inheritance experience,hoping to promote the more mature experience of Dazhai Village.
