Research On The Development Of The CPC’s People-centered Thought Since The Reform And Opening Up

The people-centered thought is a new ruling concept that our party has gradually developed and formed after a century of practice.Since the reform and opening up,the Party has gradually put things right and re-centred its work around the people.Subsequently,in the various people-oriented practices,the Party has continuously combined the requirements of the times with innovative theoretical connotations,forming the present people-centred ideological system.This article first discusses the theoretical basis of the people-centered thought,which is divided into three aspects.Firstly,from the root-seeking level,the people-centered thought is the precipitation of the traditional Confucianism of the Chinese nation for a long time;Secondly,in terms of theoretical enlightenment,it was guided by the Marxist materialist view of history on the idea of the people’s subject;Thirdly,in terms of practice,it was an idea that was constantly developed and enriched by generations of Chinese Communists in the light of the tasks of each era.Then,from a longitudinal perspective,discuss the development of the people-centred ideology since reform and opening up,based on the reports from the CPC’s 12th to the 20th National Congress.Combined with data and graphical analysis,it can be roughly divided into three stages: the preliminary exploration stage,in which the reports from the CPC’s 12th to 13th National Congresses present the stage of recovery and gradual exploration;the consolidation and development stage,in which the reports from the CPC’s 14th to 17th National Congresses present the continuous feature of steady and solid advancement,overall development in depth;the full maturity stage,in which the reports from the CPC’s 18th to the 20th National Congresses present the stage of comprehensive exploration and relative maturity of detailed development.Furthermore,from a horizontal perspective,it summarizes the development logic of the CPC’s people-centered thought under the background of reform and opening up in different eras.It can be roughly divided into three dimensions: the dimension of historical orientation;the dimension of practical activities;the dimension of theoretical connotation.It exhibits three unifying features: unity of science and value,unity of theory and practice,unity of inheritance and innovation.Finally,combined with the development logic of the Party’s people-centred thought since the reform and opening up.Explored the practical path in which people-centred thought leads chinese economy,politics,culture,society to move forward in the new era.
