Study On The Effectiveness Of Government’s Role In Financial Assistance To Rural Revitalization In Tongshan District,xuzhou City

The rural revitalization strategy is an important part of China’s national strategy,which aims to promote agricultural modernization,rural industrial revitalization and rural social and ecological civilization construction by advancing the integration of urban and rural development,so as to achieve comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of urban and rural areas.The financial aspect is an important support for rural revitalization,as it can provide financial support for rural areas,promote financial poverty alleviation and financial rural construction,enhance the backbone of rural development and promote the sustainable development of rural revitalization.Meanwhile,the government also plays an important role in rural revitalization,promoting rural revitalization through policy guidance and management coordination.Therefore,it is crucial to study the role of government in financial assistance for rural revitalization for the development of rural revitalization cause.This thesis takes Tongshan District,Xuzhou City as the entry point to specifically analyze the effect of the government’s role in financial assistance to rural revitalization.Firstly,it analyzes the research background,significance and domestic and foreign research dynamics of the role of government in financial assistance to rural revitalization,and discusses the necessity of the role of government in financial assistance to rural revitalization.Secondly,taking Xuzhou Tongshan District as an example,the effect of governmental role in financial-assisted rural revitalization is analyzed in depth,and the research contents,research methods,research innovation points and technical routes are elaborated to consolidate the tone of the article.The conceptual analysis of rural revitalization,financial assistance to rural revitalization and the role of the government,as well as the theoretical exposition of modern financial development theory,rural finance theory and urban-rural integration theory are presented to consolidate the theoretical foundation of the article.Based on the combing of related concepts and theories,the current situation analysis and empirical analysis of the effect of the government’s role in financial assistance to rural revitalization strategy in Tong Shan District are conducted,Including through questionnaires,this thesis explores the existing problems of the effect of the government in the rural revitalization of Tongshan District from the four dimensions of the government construction,the provision of security,the provision of financing methods and the creation of a soft environment.Based on the analysis of the current situation and the empirical analysis the problems of the Tongshan District government in the role of financial assistance in rural revitalization are identified,and the optimized countermeasures are put forward,to better promote the area’s rural revitalization through financial work.
