Research On The Construction Of Social Appeal Of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations In The New Era

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)proposed to continuously enhance the Party’s political leadership,ideological guidance,organizational mobilization,and social appeal,to ensure that the Party always maintains vitality and combativeness.The social appeal construction of rural grassroots Party organizations is an important guarantee for realizing the strategy of rural revitalization and agricultural modernization.Since the new era,as rural reform continues to deepen,various conflicts and contradictions have become increasingly prominent,and rural grassroots Party organizations face a series of problems and challenges in the process of social mobilization.Therefore,it is urgent to conduct research on the social appeal of rural grassroots Party organizations and explore the path of social appeal construction,fully exerting the role of rural grassroots Party organizations as a strong bastion.This paper uses literature research,investigation,and multi-disciplinary cross-research methods to explore the theoretical origins,historical experiences,current situation,and improvement paths of social appeal construction of rural grassroots Party organizations.Firstly,the theoretical construction of rural grassroots party organizations highlights the importance of social power and their ability to mobilize and influence peasants and social groups towards modernizing agriculture and rural areas.This energetic ability to strive is a concrete embodiment of political leadership,innovation,development,public opinion guiding force,and group cohesion.Secondly,the paper analyzes the rich experience of social appeal construction of rural grassroots Party organizations in the 100 years of the CPC’s development,including the core issue of land,the continuous promotion of the great project of Party building,and the continuous expansion of the grassroots people’s democratic path.Through measures such as economic development,self-building of grassroots Party organizations,and grassroots governance construction,the Party has achieved strong social appeal.Thirdly,the paper examines the significant role played by rural grassroots Party organizations in social appeal in the current stage,as well as the existing problems in political leadership,innovation development,public opinion guidance,and organizational cohesion,caused mainly by a lack of ideal and belief,professional quality,inherent and acquired difficulties in rural economic development,defects in the content,form and method of social appeal,and deficiencies in the construction of rural grassroots Party organizations.Finally,to strengthen the social appeal of rural grassroots Party organizations in the new era,we need to take the following steps: First,we must enhance our political leadership and align our call with the political direction.Second,we must promote innovative development and build the material foundation of the call.Third,we must guide public opinion and improve the content and methods of the call.Finally,we should focus on strengthening organizational cohesion and building organizational support.By comprehensively enhancing the appeal of grassroots Party organizations and uniting the people around them,we can leverage their strong synergy in jointly building a socialist modern countryside and achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In the process of building China into an agricultural power and advancing toward the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,rural primary Party organizations should constantly improve and innovate their working methods,improve their governance capacity and level,constantly strengthen their leadership and appeal,give full play to the Party’s role as a fighting fortress in rural work,and lead the people with one heart and one mind to forge ahead into a bright future for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
