Research On The Countermeas Ures Of Yunnan Prison Network Public Opinion

In the 21 st century,the world has entered the information era dominated by the Internet.With the continuous development and expansion of network information technology,the new media industry taking the network as the carrier of communication is in the ascendant.The rise of the Internet has bred a huge group of netizens.In recent years,the awareness of the public to participate in political management through the network has been strengthened,and the impact of network public opinion on government governance is also increasing.The prison system,as the penalty execution organ of the country,belongs to the tool of violence of the country.Because of the particularity of its work,the public knows little about the prison work management mechanism.However,due to the confidentiality and closeness of the prison’s own work,it is often falls into a passive position when facing the frequent prison network public opinion in the new media era.Yunnan is located in the southwest border of China,with many ethnic groups and complex social security environment.And because it is close to the Golden Triangle,drug crime is rampant.Prisons in Yunnan have a heavy task of detaining prisoners,and the regulatory situation is severe.Emergencies occur from time to time.In the face of the increasing trend of public opinion related to prison,once the public opinion is not properly handled,it will not only damage the image of the prison itself,but also further affect the credibility of the government.Therefore,combining with the work needs,the research of Yunnan prison network public opinion response is conducive to ensuring national political security and maintaining social security and stability.From the perspective of public management,this paper uses relevant theories such as Stakeholder Theory and 4R model of Crisis Management to collect literature and data,and uses social research methods such as case analysis,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey,unstructured interview,etc.to study the countermeasures of Yunnan prison network public opinion.First,investigate the current research situation at home and abroad,define the key concepts involved in the research,and determine the relevant theoretical basis.Secondly,taking the "Xie Ming Case" in Binchuan,Dali,and the "Zhang Lincang Escape Case" in the First Prison of Yunnan Province as typical cases,collect and organize relevant policy and regulatory documents on public opinion governance in Yunnan Province,create and collect survey questionnaires,and analyze the problems and reasons of internet public opinion response in Yunnan prisons through case studies and survey results.Once again,compare and analyze the "textbook style law enforcement" incident of Shanghai traffic police,and conduct interviews with Yunnan prison police based on this incident to deeply reveal the experience and inspiration that successful cases bring to Yunnan prison public opinion response work.Finally,integrate the research data,based on the perspective of the Stakeholder Theory,propose governance countermeasures for stakeholders from four aspects: improving mechanism,improving literacy,reshaping image,and improving system.
