| From targeted poverty alleviation to today ’s rural revitalization,the minority people in the straight-through area are enjoying the dividends of urbanization,but also facing the social fracture brought by the transformation of livelihood.After the emigrants moved down the mountain,the daily life of these ethnic minority compatriots became part of the living world of the county residents.From the perspective of ethnic inter-embedding,this paper studies the inter-embedding relationship formed by the interaction between ethnic minority compatriots and the local Han ethnic group in the resettlement community of Liyuan in Yongsheng County,which was relocated from the township under the jurisdiction of Yongsheng County due to ecological poverty alleviation through participatory observation,unstructured interviews and questionnaires.This paper is divided into five chapters.The four aspects of the definition of the framework of ethnic inter-embedded community proposed by Professor Pei Shengyu of Central South Minzu University are divided into the inter-embedding of physical environment foundation,economy,relationship and culture.Focusing on the four core elements of regional and population distribution,industrial transformation,social relations and the realization of community governance,cultural shock and transformation,the research on the inter-embedding behavior of immigrants based on the theory of ethnic inter-embedding is carried out.The main findings are as follows :due to the uneven social capital such as language,education level,technology,concept difference and relationship network quality,the ethnic minorities in Liyuan community are often at the bottom of the social resource structure.In the process of mutual embedding,it is often in a passive position,and produces an unequal mutual embedding premise at the beginning.In the life of the Liyuan community,immigrants are also inevitably affected by the Han people in the county in terms of eating habits,social customs,and value norms.This influence makes the two sides prepare in advance to meet the differences between the two sides before the interaction,and provides a reference for the social interaction between the two sides,and avoids the risk of inter-ethnic conflicts.In the face of the transformation of the labor status and production relations of the poverty-stricken households in the Han society,it is essentially a rational choice after the cultural confrontation and difference experience of the two sides,as well as the conscious learning of the technology outside the original cultural circle.It is also a survival law that adapts from ’ idealism ’ to ’pragmatism ’;in the face of the life under the mountain with the Han ethnic group as the main body,the ethnic cultural symbols such as clothing have been ’self-corrected ’ in the more powerful wave of modernization,and then the original highly recognized ethnic culture of immigrants has been dispelled.In order to break through the development dilemma of " obvious subject and object," it is necessary to establish a benign and equal inter-embedded pattern,find two types of leaders among the masses and cadres,and realize the transformation of the neighborhood committee to a powerful " negotiator " role.While reducing the long-term administrative pressure of the residents ’ committee,it stimulates the self-growth of residents from the inside,and seeks the endogenous advantages of residents with the " advantage perspective " as the guide,so that they can gain the initiative in the process of inter-embedding and achieve a more equal identity transformation. |
