| The closed work mode is a management approach adopted by the prison system in response to public health emergencies,as was the case during the SARS outbreak in 2004.Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus in 2020,the prison system has immediately adopted an emergency management mechanism to ensure the safety of supervision and epidemic prevention,and conducted closed work according to the social situation of epidemic prevention and control,which has brought great pressure and challenges to the work and life of the police officers and their families.Some of the police officers are in sub-health state and their mental endurance has turned red.Job burnout is on the rise,which affects the individual work efficiency of the police,has a serious impact on the development of the organization and the credibility of the society and the government,and is not conducive to the career development planning of the prison police,the training of the organization and the professional identity of the prison police.Therefore,it is of great significance for the development of the prison police and the promotion of the judicial cause to study the countermeasures to intervene the burnout of the prison police under the closed working mode.Based on the three-dimensional theory,comprehensive intervention theory and incentive theory,with the help of SPSS 26 software tool and the reference of job burnout scale,this paper issues questionnaires to the police in G prison to study the degree of job burnout of the police in G prison.It is found that 65% of the prison police are in moderate job burnout and 14% are in severe job burnout.The level of burnout cannot be ignored.The study found that the personal reasons for job burnout are the lack of career development planning,obvious role conflicts and increasing life pressure;the organizational reasons are the imperfect talent training mechanism,the disharmonious interpersonal relationship and the imperfect workplace security mechanism;the social reasons are the insufficient social support,the bias of social opinion and the low social status.Based on the survey results,the paper puts forward the intervention countermeasures.Individuals should correctly view the closed work mode,take the initiative to assume family responsibilities and broaden the breadth of life.Organizations should improve the personnel training mechanism,select advanced models,enhance the hard power and soft culture of the police battalion,and society should strengthen the media coverage and improve the social security interaction mechanism. |
