Study On Social Organization Participation Path In Community Elderly Care Service Supply In Guangxi Border Ethnic Areas

Chinese economy develops rapidly,people’s living standards are gradually improving,people’s demand is also developing towards diversification and modernization.The pension problem caused by the problem of our country’s aging population follows.At present,because of many factors such as the historical condition and external environment,community endowment mode in Guangxi frontier minority areas has gradually become the realistic choice direction for endowment of the elderly groups.In order to improve the efficiency of resources utilization,community endowment mode meets the demand of our national conditions.The supply and demand of pension services are unbalanced,and the supply pressure of government pension services is great.Faced with the current situation of high demand for pension services,multiple social subjects cooperate to participate in the supply of pension services,which is an important way to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of pension services.Social organization as one of the multiple subjects of social governance,its influence is more and more extensive,also attracts more and more people’s attention,especially as the aging problem in our country is more and more serious,the role of pension service supply is also more and more attention from the society from all walks of life.From the perspective of collaborative governance,this study studied the participation of social organizations in the supply of community elderly care services in Guangxi border minority areas,and then put forward some valuable suggestions on the supply of community elderly care services in border minority areas.Based on the theory of collaborative governance,social service theory and its application,this study has conducted extensive study and research.According to the development status of existing social organizations and social organizations based on community pension service in LZ County,Guangxi,this paper analyzes the "Filial Piety World pension Service Center",and considers the practice of social organizations participating in community pension service by combining the questionnaire survey results and interview content.Based on the cooperation of four participants,namely,organization,government,enterprise and citizen,the paper constructs the analysis framework of the participation path of social organization.By summarizing the effect of social organizations’ participation in the supply of old-age service in Guangxi border ethnic areas,it is found that the participation of social organizations is lack of initiative,individalization,and the coordination between social organizations and other participants is not smooth.Starting from the four aspects of the participants in the supply of elderly care services(namely the government,social organizations,citizens and enterprises)and the participation process,this paper puts forward comprehensive security measures applicable to the participation of social organizations in border minority areas,so as to ensure the smooth participation of social organizations.In conclusion,this study proposes the necessity and feasibility of the study on the participation path of social organizations in border minority areas.The community pension mode in which social organizations participate in the pension service can activate the correlation between the main bodies of the pension supply,integrate the social pension resources in the border,and enhance the cohesion of the elderly in the community.
