An Investigation To Improve The Town’ Safety Construction In Rural Governance

Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the Committees and the State Council attach great importance to the building of safety.At present,our country is in the critical periods of building a modern socialist country in all respects.Peaceful China initiative is an important task to keep pace with the times and changes in social conditions.As a result,carrying out the initiative is an important manifestation to implement the thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and the thought of the Party ’ s 20 th National Congress.It is an important way and necessary premise of building socialist harmonious society;It is also the expected heart-winning project that has common wish and ardent hope from the general public.Rural area is“the last station”of carrying out the Peaceful China Initiative.It is significant to improve the capablity for implementing relavant tasks and achieving the initiative’s goal.Based on the current situation and effect of safety construction in T town,this paper analyzes some problems,for example the insufficient ability of organization and leadership;the low level of work efficiency and service;the unsound system of co-management;the lack of conflict mediation ability,etc.These problems are due to some reasons that the insufficient professional talents,the weak consiousness of using comprehensive grid,the unclear responsibilities of working,and the unsound working mechanism.According to the above analysis,this paper is tring to put forward some specific and feasible strategies to deal with the above problems.It is divided into five aspects:1.Improving the leadership and building a sound leadership system with clear rights and responsibilities;2.Improving the efficiency and the law enforcement system in townships;3.Improving the coordination ability and give full play to the consultative role of various organizations;4.Improving the emergency capability and consolidate the emergency response work.
