Research On The Highest National Honor System Since The Founding Ceremony Of The People’s Republic Of China

With the promulgation of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on State Decorations and State Honors in 2015,China has formally established a system of the highest national honor system with "five chapters and one thin" as the mainstay.This system of highest honor system takes political ceremony as the expression form,promotes the deeds of meritorious figures and the spirit of meritorious figures as the main means,and forms strong emotional guidance and core value guidance to the public with its political function and ideological education function.In the new era of China,in the midst of the unprecedented changes of the past century,the purpose of establishing the highest national honor system is to help achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and promote Chinese modernization.The article focuses on the theme of the highest national honor system since the founding of New China and examines it from four aspects.First,it clarifies the basic concept and theoretical foundation of the national highest honor system.By elaborating the connotation and characteristics of the national highest honor system,the article analyzes the functions of the national highest honor system since the founding of New China on the basis of the theoretical foundation of the national highest honor system since the founding of New China.Secondly,the formation of the national highest honor system since the founding of New China is examined historically,starting and ending with the period since the founding of New China.Through combing the development of the national highest honor system in each historical period,we summarize the construction process of the national highest honor system and the characteristics and significance of each period.Again,we analyze the content of the national highest honor system since the founding of New China.The main purpose is to analyze the history of the "five chapters and one book",the selection and awarding of the awards,the deeds and significance of the main figures.Finally,the significance and revelation of the establishment of the highest national honor system since the founding of New China are investigated.Based on the analysis of the recognition of the highest national honor system,the significance of the system is analyzed at two levels: theory and practice,and the revelation of the future development of the highest national honor system is investigated from three dimensions: national,social and personal.
