| Under the background of rural revitalization,short video of law popularization for farmers has broadened the channels for farmers to learn the law.The readability of short videos on the popularization of the agricultural law meets the fragmented reading needs of farmers,greatly drives the enthusiasm of farmers to consciously study the law,helps them reduce the blind area of knowledge of laws and regulations,guides them to develop a good legal concept of abiding by the law and knowing the usage of the law,strengthens the construction of rural culture,and effectively promotes the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.How to make better use of short video to help farmers popularize law has become an important research topic under the background of rural revitalization.In this paper,media convergence theory,agenda setting and frame theory are used to analyze the production of short video content of law popularization for farmers under the background of rural revitalization.The case study method and text analysis method are used to analyze the short video content of law popularization for farmers under the background of rural revitalization.Take the Douyin account of " China’s Agriculture,Rural Areas and Farmers Information Release " operated by the China Agricultural Film and Television Center as an example.The purpose is to find out the prominent problems in the production of short video content on law popularization for farmers,optimize the production strategy of short video content on law popularization for farmers,and help the communication subject make good use of short video form to carry out activities on law popularization for farmers and improve the efficiency of law popularization for farmers.The introduction part focuses on the research background and significance,research status,theoretical basis,research methods,research content and innovation points.The first chapter sorted out the origin,concept and classification of short videos of law popularization for farmers under the background of rural revitalization,and explored the driving force and development of short videos of law popularization for farmers.The second chapter makes an overall analysis of the short videos of " China’s Agriculture,Rural Areas and Farmers Information Release " on Douyin,and obtains the overall content and characteristics of the short videos.The third chapter specifically analyzes the characteristics of five different kinds of short video programs on law popularization for farmers in Douyin " China’s Agriculture,Rural Areas and Farmers Information Release ".Combined with the framework theory,it respectively analyzes the theme and topic source of law popularization under the high-level framework,the spread heat under the mediumlevel framework,the application of short video elements and the characteristics of the expositors of law popularization under the low-level framework.The content features of law popularization in each column under different hierarchical framework are analyzed comprehensively.The fourth chapter summarizes the prominent problems existing in the content production of the short video of the law popularization for farmers method,and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies according to these problems.The conclusion part makes a detailed summary of the research.Rural revitalization,the rule of law first.It is believed that the continuous optimization of the production of short videos of law popularization for farmers can continuously create more high-quality short videos of law popularization for farmers,further improve the communication efficiency of short videos of law popularization for farmers,and promote the steady implementation of rural rule of law construction and rural revitalization strategy. |
