Research On The Impact Of New Rural Community Construction In Shandong Province On Farmers’ Livelihood Under The Background Of Co-habitation Of Villages

For a long time,the impact of new-type rural community construction on farmers’ livelihood under the background of co-existing villages has been a hot issue of common concern for Chinese scholars and the government.The improvement of farmers’ livelihood level is the premise of realizing a well-off society,and the construction of new rural communities provides a foundation and guarantee for improving farmers’ livelihood level.The term "rural community" first appeared in the Sixth Plenary Session of the 16 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.In this report,the construction of a new type of rural community was emphasized as the key task of rural development.In the construction of new rural communities,farmers are the main participants and direct beneficiaries,and changes in their livelihoods directly affect the success or failure of new rural community construction and the transformation of rural economy and society.Shandong Province is committed to building a Qilu model for rural revitalization.By implementing the rural revitalization strategy and accelerating the construction of beautiful rural areas,under the premise of respecting the wishes of farmers,it has built a group of“prosperous industries,ecological livability,rural civilization,A new type of rural community with effective governance and a prosperous life”.Based on the research on the impact of new rural community construction on farmers’ livelihood in Shandong Province under the background of co-existing villages,this paper uses literature analysis,quantitative analysis and case analysis to analyze and evaluate the impact of new rural community construction on farmers’ livelihoods in Shandong Province.Aiming at the current situation of new-type community construction in Shandong Province under the background of co-existing villages,this paper selects family life indicators,agricultural production indicators,human settlement environment indicators and public service indicators to construct an evaluation system for the impact of new-type rural community construction in Shandong Province on farmers’ livelihoods.The method and regression analysis method are used to calculate the weight of the evaluation index of the impact of new rural community construction on farmers’ livelihood in Shandong Province.Through the regression results,it is found that the family’s annual income has a greater impact on farmers’ livelihood,which has a positive correlation with farmers’ livelihood.Not only did it bring a lot of job opportunities,but also the sense of living and happiness after moving into a new home has been greatly improved compared to the past.In addition,the construction of new rural communities in Shandong Province has had a great impact on farmers’ livelihoods and living standards.This impact is reflected in the improvement of infrastructure construction and income levels.However,it is undeniable that the development of new rural communities in Shandong Province There is still a long way to go.In the process of building and developing new rural communities in Shandong Province under the background of co-existing villages,there are still problems such as further reduction of arable land population and the need to improve the public service system.Therefore,this paper improves the development of new rural community construction in Shandong Province from four aspects: establishing rural training mechanism,perfecting land transfer,perfecting community service facilities and unifying thoughts to develop community economy.
