Analysis On The Countermeasures Of Market Supervision Departments To Profit-making Professional Anti-counterfeiting Behaviors

Since 2022,in order to actively implement the requirements of assisting the resumption of work and production,optimizing the business environment and promoting economic development,the provincial and municipal market supervision bureaus have successively issued documents requiring fair and civilized law enforcement and inclusive,prudent and flexible supervision to promote enterprise development and stimulate market vitality.However,with the development of economy and society,the professional anti-counterfeiting has emerged,the purpose of which has changed from safeguard the legal rights to obtain high compensation.The negative impact of this phenomenon is becoming increasingly prominent,a large number of administrative resources have been wasted,and market entities have been deeply disturbed,which has seriously affected economic development.Profit-making professional anti-counterfeiting activities must be guided and supervised.Based on the background of G District in Hangzhou,this paper studies the development trend and coping strategies of Chinese professional anti-counterfeiting in four parts through literature research,field research,case analysis and data analysis.The first part is the background of the emergence and expansion of the professional anti-counterfeiting in China.It analyzes the reasons for the emergence and growth of the professional anti-counterfeiting and briefly analyzes its development through the important events of professional anti-counterfeiting in China.The second part is about the current situation of the market supervision department in G area in dealing with professional anti-counterfeiting.It introduces the handling process of the market supervision bureau to deal with professional anti-counterfeiting,selects three cases for detailed analysis to summarize the prominent problems and key areas of professional anti-counterfeiting and summarizes the chaos of profit-making professional anti-counterfeiting and the problems that the market supervision department should deal with in G District.The third part analyzes the obstacles of the market supervision department to deal with profit-making professional anti-counterfeiting from the aspects of difficult market supervision and law enforcement,difficult source supervision and imperfect law.The fourth part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for government departments to deal with profit-making professional counterfeiters from four aspects,including standardized law enforcement,coordinated governance and correct guidance.It is fervently wished that these can sustain the customary market order,safeguard the rightful rights and interests of regular customers and businesses,and foster economic prosperity and stability.
