Study On Social Security Issue Of Landless Peasants In D Town Of L City

By the end of 2021,the urbanization rate of China’s permanent population has reached64.72%,and China’s urbanization will still maintain a relatively fast growth rate during the14 th Five-Year Plan period.Urbanization,as an important strategic plan for China’s development at present,is helpful to improve China’s overall economic level.In the process of urbanization,the rural population gradually shifts to cities,and the employment direction of the population also changes from rural agriculture to urban basic manufacturing and service industries.Therefore,under the background of rapid development of urbanization,many rural areas in China are generally faced with the problem of land expropriation,and the scale of landless farmers has also shown exponential growth in recent years.Solving the social security of landless farmers is of great significance to developing socialist modern rural areas,accelerating the pace of urbanization and building a harmonious society.This paper selects D Town,Economic and Technological Development Zone,L City,Hunan Province as the investigation object,This paper attempts to combine questionnaire survey and literature analysis,and studies the status quo of the social security of the landless peasants,and finds that there are some problems in the process of land expropriation,such as Local government information disclosure is insufficient,the restriction of living standard by economic conditions,the difficulty of employment of the main labor force in the family,and the low satisfaction with the current social security system.After further analysis,it is found that many problems are mainly caused by the mechanism of land expropriation information disclosure is not perfect,imperfect land acquisition compensation system,unsatisfactory competition environment for re-employment,and mismatch between social security supply and land-losing farmers’ needs.Therefore,this paper analyze typical cases at home and abroad,Summarize the lessons that can be used for reference,From strengthening the microcosmic and concrete legal system of social security for landless peasants,Improve the "online + offline" land expropriation information disclosure system,Improve the multi-agent coordination system of social security funds for landless peasants,Explore the new mode of land expropriation compensation for land-lost farmers’ reproduction of economic capital,improve the accumulation of human capital in the re-education and training of land-lost farmers,strengthen the pension and medical sustainability guarantee of land-lost farmers,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems existing in the social security of land-lost farmers.
