Study On Training Effect Of Rural Cadres In Maoming City Based On Rural Revitalization

Rural revitalization is one of the great theoretical achievements proposed in the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress.Implementing the rural revitalization policy will help solve major social problems in the new era and realize the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation and the "two Centenary Goals." China is a big country mainly based on agriculture,and Maoming is a big agricultural city,and the "three agriculture" issues are the first problem affecting the livelihood of citizens,so the most important work of Maoming is how to solve the "three agriculture" problems.Grassroots rural cadres are the main fighting power of grassroots organizations,but also the "leading geese" to realize the strategy of rural revitalization.In order to promote rural work,promote the modernization of rural governance,promote the vigorous development of rural economy and society,and realize the revitalization of rural areas,we must first strengthen the construction of rural cadres,which cannot be separated from strengthening the training of rural cadres.Under this background,the study on the training effect of maoming rural cadres has practical and timely significance.This paper intends to study the training effect of the "Head Goose Project" quality improvement training course for party organization secretary of Village(community)in Maoming city from 2018 to 2021.A scientific and effective questionnaire was designed by means of questionnaire,expert consultation and a large amount of literature inquiry in the early stage.The questionnaire was conducted on 260 cadres who participated in the training class of "Head Goose Project" for party organization secretaries of villages(communities)in Maoming from 2018 to 2021.Through the use of the highly accurate Corleone model four-level analytic hierarchy Process and SPASSUA software,input,sort out and statistical analysis of all the recovered effective questionnaire data,and then establish the current good four-level training effect evaluation model.According to the actual situation,This paper analyzes and evaluates the training effect of the "Head Goose Project" quality improvement training course for village(community)Party organization secretary in Maoming city from2018 to 2021,and concludes that there are still deficiencies in the training effect through induction and summary.It is analyzed that the training is mainly reflected in the problems of low efficiency,imperfect mechanism,incomplete content and weak pertinence.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the training effect,such as perfecting the training system and mechanism,scientifically planning the training content,innovating the training mode,strengthening the training management and evaluation of the implementation effect,strengthening the tracking and guidance.
