Research On Smart Community Governance Innovation From The Perspective Of Big Data

The community is the basic unit of the city,and the development of the city cannot be separated from the construction and governance of the community.As an important part of urban governance,community governance plays a very important role in the whole national governance.With the arrival of the era of big data,smart communities based on big data collection,analysis and processing technology,with the cooperation and mutual promotion of multiple community entities,have become a development trend.Smart communities can improve community governance and community service systems such as community security,elderly care and medical care,education and employment,and public affairs by using big data technology,and can increase the application efficiency of community governance and improve the quality of community services,conduct more accurate management and provide more detailed community services.Let community governance become intelligent and refined,so as to meet the diversified and personalized needs of community residents,and provide a new path to solve the problems of traditional community governance.At present,in the field of community governance,the focus of academic circles is generally focused on the supply of community services and the participation of governance subjects in research.For smart communities,there is no clear conclusion from the academia and government departments at present.The development and governance of smart communities is obviously a process of continuous exploration.Although a number of development models have emerged in the construction of smart communities at home and abroad,as far as City H is concerned,a sound construction and governance model has not been established.At the same time,there are still some gaps in the research on smart community governance,which also points out the direction for this in-depth study.In this paper,Y community in H city is selected as a case for research.Based on good governance theory,collaborative governance theory and digital governance theory,literature research,case studies,field visits,questionnaires and other methods,Y community explores a new path of smart community governance in the big data perspective.The study found that Y community has experienced several years of development and has made many achievements in governance.For example,adhere to the party building leading operation mechanism,establish a large community database,create a community smart system platform,and implement community grid management.However,there are also problems such as shortage of management professionals,relatively lagging infrastructure,low efficiency of community governance community,inadequate governance system and low application efficiency of community smart services.In view of the problems in Y community governance,this study puts forward the following five suggestions: first,according to the actual needs of Y community governance,formulate the "big data+talent" team building plan;Second,raise funds through multiple channels to improve the infrastructure of smart communities;Third,adjust the relationship between the government and the community,and guide multiple subjects to participate in governance;Fourth,strengthen the leadership of party building and promote the innovation of community management system;Fifth,strengthen the application of technological innovation and improve the level of community intelligence.The construction of smart communities has brought great convenience to the daily life of community residents,improved the governance efficiency of grass-roots communities,and improved the level of community intelligence.If the current problems can be solved,there will be great potential for the development of smart communities.This paper will provide useful reference for Y smart community construction and governance,and also provide reference for H city to promote smart community governance.
