A Study On The Party Building Leading The Collaborative Governance Of Multiple Entities In Rural Areas

In recent years,the governance capacity of rural society in China has gradually improved and the level of productivity has been further improved.The development achievements of rural areas in China cannot be separated from the leadership of party organizations,and grassroots party organizations have played a huge leading role in comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has entered a new era of building a society with Chinese characteristics,and rural grassroots governance has also entered a new historical period of development.In the past,rural construction has shown a situation of complex interests and diversified demands,which poses a challenge to how to transform the concept of single entity governance into multi entity collaborative governance of rural areas in the new era.This article explores the main line of the rural multi-agent collaborative governance model led by Party building in A Village,S District,and explores the rural multi-agent collaborative governance model constructed by A Village under the guidance of grassroots party organizations.The main content is as follows: Chapter 1 is the introduction,which covers the background of the topic,a review of research literature,as well as the research methods,innovative points,difficulties,and key points of the article.Chapter 2 defines core concepts such as grassroots party building,rural governance,rural governance entities,and multi-agent collaborative governance mechanisms,and provides theoretical support for the writing of the article in the basic theory of party building,collaborative governance theory,and holistic theory.Chapter 3 mainly analyzes the collaborative governance model led by Party building in A Village through questionnaires and on-site interviews,summarizing the main practices and actual results achieved under this governance model.After summarizing the effectiveness of A Village’s Party building leading rural multi subject collaborative governance model,Chapter 4 analyzes the problems that exist in A Village’s collaborative governance process,and further analyzes the reasons for the existing problems.Chapter 5 proposes the path to improve the multi subject collaborative governance model led by party building in rural areas.In the new era,strengthening grassroots party building,expanding channels for villagers to participate in rural governance,and building a sound rural collaborative governance mechanism are crucial for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and development.
