Research On The Employment Quality Of Landless Farmer

With the rapid development of urbanization,a new group has emerged,known as "land-lost farmers".Before their land is expropriated,they mainly rely on land output to obtain income,daily productive activities and their source of living.At present,with the intensification of employment competition,the employment situation is more and more serious,land-lost farmers have become an important employment group.However,most of us pay attention to their employment quantity problem,its employment quality problem is often ignored by everyone,did not get due attention.Whether the employment quality of land-lost farmers can be solved smoothly is not only related to land-lost farmers themselves,but also related to the solution of agriculture,rural areas and farmers’ "three rural" problems and the quality of China’s urbanization.To solve the employment problem and further improve the quality of employment,for them to find solutions in line with China’s national conditions,in line with the reality of farmers,for promoting the orderly,healthy and stable development of urban and rural economy,has great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance.Based on the definition and evaluation index analysis of the concept of land-lost farmers and employment quality,this paper takes the land-lost farmers employed in Puji Town of Jiaozhou city as an example and goes deep into each village of Puji Town,using questionnaire,field research and statistical analysis method.This survey mainly in the study of land-lost farmers employment quality of micro level,in reference to domestic scholars evaluation index based on the employment quality of the design,considering the particularity of land-lost farmers employment,choose the quality of work in the questionnaire,labor relations and the rights and interests and work stability,such as job satisfaction evaluation index to reflect the employment quality of the farmers,Research on their employment status,their own quality,employment satisfaction,existing problems,etc.,find out the reasons for the problems and draw conclusions.Reference at the same time,combined with the actual situation,the developed countries and domestic advanced methods and experiences of typical region,based on the perspective of government management,from protecting employment rights and interests of farmers,increase jobs,endogenous power,increase the follow-up supervision and support and guide farmers to strengthen the construction of its five aspects put forward the corresponding solving measures,such as It also provides its own opinions for the employment compensation and resettlement of the land-lost farmers in puji Town and Jiaozhou City,and hopes to improve the overall employment quality of land-lost farmers to play a certain reference role.
