Study On The Guidance Of New Social Stratum Youth Network Political Participation

The new youth group is a new force that comes into being with the deepening of reform and opening-up and the transformation and differentiation of social structure.It mainly refers to the youth groups among the managerial technicians of private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises,employees of intermediary organizations and social organizations,freelancers and new media practitioners,is an important component of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.With the development of network information technology,it has a profound impact on the way of political participation of new youth groups.Network political participation is an important symbol of the development of modern social democracy and a brand-new approach to the construction of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics.The scale of the new youth groups is growing,their economic strength is gradually strengthened,the awareness of citizens is increasingly awakened,and the concept of democracy is gradually established.With the empowerment of information technology,the network political participation of new youth groups has become an important variable that can not be ignored in ideological and political education.The ideological and political education bears the important responsibility of promoting the consciousness and ability of the new youth group to participate in network politics,adhering to the time demand of the main position of the mainstream ideology,the value demand of promoting the political socialization of the emerging youth groups,the educational demand of creating a good environment for political participation on the Internet,and the realistic demand of innovating the working path of the ideological and political education on the Internet of the emerging youth groups,we will promote research on how to guide the participation of emerging youth groups in cyber politics.Based on this,through questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and observation to understand the status of political participation in the network of emerging youth groups,found that most of the emerging youth willing to take the initiative to participate in the political life of the network,and the network of political participation can achieve the expected results of a positive attitude.However,in the process of political participation,there are still some problems,such as the level of participation is not deep,the behavior of participation is not standard and the environment is not clear.After analyzing the survey data,we know that these problems are mainly caused by the unsound system of emerging youth organizations,the lack of promotion of the quality of participation,the lack of popularization of the spirit of tolerance in the Internet Society,and the inaccuracy of the governance of public opinion in the media.How to broaden the channels of participation,improve the working paths,standardize the political demands of the new youth groups,bring them into the existing political system in an orderly way,and transform the variables of political participation on the internet into the strength of socialist construction,the ideological and political education of the new youth groups must face the problem.Based on the collection and analysis of survey data,combining the essence of ideological and political education,it puts forward four guiding strategies:giving full play to the leading role of socialist ideology politics,improving the quality of network political participation of emerging youth groups,optimizing the environment of network political participation of emerging youth groups,and perfecting the mechanism of network political participation of emerging youth groups,it has certain practical significance and academic value to consolidate the party’s ruling foundation,safeguard the national network security,strengthen the construction of social democracy with Chinese characteristics,and promote the all-round development of the emerging youth groups.
