Research On Youth Political Mobilization In Anti-japanese Military And Political University

During the period of War of Resistance against Japan,under the background that the Chinese nation was facing the crisis of national subjugation and extinction,the Communist Party of China(CPC)carried out extensive political mobilization for the youth of the whole country.As early as the eve of the full-scale anti-Japanese war,the anti-Japanese military and political university was established under the leadership of the party,which provided a guarantee for the party to lead and mobilize young people.The Anti-Japanese Military and Political University has existed for less than ten years,but it has trained a large number of young cadres for the Party,made important contributions to War of Resistance against Japan’s victory,and confirmed the overall situation of the Party’s political mobilization during the War of Resistance against Japan period.Studying the relevant contents of the political mobilization of young people in the Anti-Japanese Military and Political University has important reference significance for the current youth work.This paper mainly discusses from three parts.The first part summarizes the related issues of youth political mobilization in anti-Japanese military and political universities.Starting with the definition of core concepts,it is concluded that anti-Japanese military and political universities carry out youth political mobilization based on three historical backgrounds: the need to develop the anti-Japanese war forces,the difficulty in running schools and the need for young students to be educated and upgraded.The youth political mobilization work is carried out on the basis of four realities: the accumulation of the party’s political mobilization experience,the proposal of the party’s youth work thought,the party’s leading the whole nation in the anti-Japanese war and the establishment and development of anti-Japanese base areas.The second part expounds the main contents of youth political mobilization in the Anti-Japanese Military and Political University,namely,carrying out political work,establishing mobilization guarantee mechanism,cultivating military skills and strengthening propaganda and encouragement.Under the action of various political mobilization measures,the vast number of young students have been deeply influenced.The third part expounds the historical role and contemporary enlightenment of youth political mobilization in the Anti-Japanese Military and Political University.The historical role is mainly manifested in four aspects: promoting War of Resistance against Japan’s victory,developing and strengthening the Party’s strength,accumulating political mobilization experience and enriching the spirit of resisting the Great War.The contemporary enlightenment is mainly reflected in four dimensions:upholding the Party’s absolute leadership over youth work,launching youth political mobilization around the central task,paying full attention to and rallying the strength of youth groups,and perfecting the guarantee mechanism of youth mobilization in the new era,so as to give full play to it.
