Research On The Improvement Of The Corruption Prevention Strategy Of J City

Under the background of comprehensive and strict governing the party,our country gained success worldwide attention in the prevention and punishment of corruption problem.However,we should also see that in the face of the high pressure of the punishment of corruption,there are still some corrupt officials do not stop,and continue to“resist the wind of corruption”,which fully indicates that compared with the punishment of corruption at this stage,the overall prevention of corruption lags behind,the position of the prevention of corruption in the constitution of the anti-corruption strategy needs to be further improved,and the prevention of corruption strategy also has many areas to be improved.This paper focuses on the meso-level,which is rarely studied,and takes the current corruption prevention strategies of J City as the research object.According to the research ideas of finding problems,analyzing causes and proposing countermeasures,this paper takes "political participants are also rational economic men" in the theory of public choice as the logical starting point.According to the theory of system of preventing corruption in public power + corruption motivation + opportunity = corruption "as the theoretical analysis framework,thought on the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics anti-corruption guidance,to the current corruption prevention strategies contained in the power supervision mechanism,the honest education mechanism,public officials property declaration mechanism to carry on the review.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the current corruption prevention strategy,such as the concept of "attaching importance to punishment and neglecting supervision" has not been completely changed,lack of coordination and linkage among supervision subjects,lack of personalization and participation in clean government education,too narrow scope of subject and object of public officials’ property declaration,insufficient checking and disclosure of declaration materials,and analyzes the causes of these problems.In view of the above problems,this paper analyzes and draws lessons from the successful experiences in power supervision,clean government education and property declaration in Singapore,Chinese Hong Kong and Chinese Taiwan.Put forward the integration of internal and external supervision resources,using data tools promote supervision ability and integrity education to target classification teaching,increase the educatees participation in the form of education innovation,aiming at preventing corruption extended scope of the subject and object property declaration,to drive the property declaration paperless personal data check and open to corruption prevention strategies in J city perfect recommendations.Based on practice and application,this paper aims to provide practical and feasible methods and ideas for the improvement of corruption prevention strategies in J City,and help improve the overall level of corruption prevention in J City.
