Research On Confidentiality Management Performance Of Party And Government Organs In B City Based On AHP-fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

As a "lifeline,Central Line and command line" from the top down of the Party and the government,secrecy is an important means to safeguard national security and interests,and is an indispensable and necessary condition.From the perspective of the internal environment,entering a new stage of development,implementing a new development concept,and building a new development pattern,we must find a balance between development and security,achieve positive interaction and achieve a high level of security and development.From the external situation,with the rapid development of China,it has attracted more attention from the international community,and foreign forces,especially hostile forces,have stepped up the pace of all-round information monitoring and intelligence collection on our side,and the main target is the leading organs of the Party,government and army and the scientific research and production units of the national defense industry,and the secrecy work has increasingly become the focus of the game competition among great powers.In our country,the main responsibility of confidentiality lies with the confidentiality administrative departments at all levels.In this paper,the comprehensive evaluation of confidentiality management performance is taken as the starting point,aiming at the actual needs of confidentiality management of party and government organs,through AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate.The specific research process firstly sorted out the current research status of confidentiality management at home and abroad,selected appropriate evaluation methods according to the characteristics of confidentiality management of Party and government organs,and finally determined the confidentiality management indicators of Party and government organs in B city based on AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and built a comprehensive evaluation model of confidentiality management performance.This model is used to evaluate the confidentiality management of Party and government organs in B city,and the final comprehensive evaluation result is obtained.The analysis and evaluation results obtained the weaknesses of the confidentiality management of the party and government organs in the city,and combined with the actual work to find out the problems,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions such as promoting the continuous improvement of the confidentiality management system,strengthening the management of secret-related personnel to stabilize the flow of the team,strengthening the supervision and inspection,and strengthening the management of information systems and equipment.Through this evaluation model,objective and scientific comprehensive evaluation of confidentiality management performance can be carried out,and shortcomings in confidentiality management can be found,which is helpful to comprehensively improve the confidentiality management ability of local party and government organs,and provide a good example of practical guidance.It is also conducive to promotion in all party and government organs to improve the scientific level of management.
