Research On The Contribution Of Enshi Intangible Cultural Heritage Traditional Skills To Rural Revitalization

The strategy of rural revitalization takes industrial prosperity,ecological livable,civilized village style,effective governance and prosperous life as the strategic goals to lead the country’s agricultural modernization process.Among them,intangible cultural heritage is an important symbol of national and historical cultural achievements,and an important part of excellent traditional culture.As the "root" and "soul" of a country,intangible cultural heritage can provide nourishment and support for rural revitalization.In this context,this paper selects Xilankapu,—— of the traditional ethnic minority skills in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,Hubei Province,as a case to explore the countermeasures to improve the traditional skills of Enshi intangible cultural heritage to help rural revitalization.The full text mainly consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly in sorting out the relevant research status of rural revitalization and Xilankapu,discovering and putting forward the topic of Xilankapu helping rural revitalization.The second part explains the concepts of Xilankapu,intangible heritage traditional skills and rural revitalization,and introduces the sustainable development theory,cultural heritage protection theory and actor network theory to be used in this paper,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following writing.The third part discusses the actual situation of Enshi Prefecture,where the case is selected,and the local intangible cultural heritage traditional skills,especially the origin and development,techniques and contemporary values of Xilankapu.The fourth part summarizes the practical effects of Xilankapu in promoting rural revitalization from the aspects of cultural utilization,industrial development and personnel training,and believes that Xilankapu intangible cultural heritage traditional skills are making contributions to the rural revitalization of Enshi and have bright prospects for sustainable development.Of course,Xilankapu’s help to rural revitalization has also encountered bottlenecks and difficulties.These are the main content of the fifth part,which is based on the field visits and research,and explores the problems in the "five aspects" on the road of Xilankapu’s help to rural revitalization,and then explores the causes of its problems.In view of the dilemma of the fifth part,the sixth part proposes the cracking and promotion countermeasures: to highlight the cultural authenticity and help the cultural revitalization;enhance the economic value and help the industrial revitalization;strengthen the talent training and help the talent revitalization;expand the ecological connotation and help promote the ecological revitalization;do a good job in organizational operation and help revitalize organizations are effective countermeasures to solve the dilemma of "five aspects".Enshi is the only ethnic minority autonomous prefecture in Hubei Province,and also the youngest autonomous prefecture in New China.Take Xilankapu as an example to explore the research of Enshi intangible cultural heritage to help rural revitalization,While arousing the society to recognize and value the traditional skills such as Xilankapu,it is more important to provide the path support for national regional characteristics for rural revitalization,It has a certain practical guiding significance and academic enlightenment function to better boost rural revitalization and better realize agricultural and rural modernization.
