Study On Optimization Of Agricultural Information Service System In Rizhao

In recent years,developing agricultural informatization and accelerating agricultural modernization have become the main direction of agricultural development.Through agricultural informatization,we can improve the quality and efficiency of agricultural production practice,reduce agricultural production costs,and increase the income of agricultural products.In the process of agricultural modernization,the demand for agricultural information services is also more diversified and complex.Only by meeting the needs of agricultural producers and operators for agricultural information in agricultural production practice and using advanced information technology and management means can we better promote the development of agricultural modernization.This paper takes Rizhao City,Shandong Province as the research target,takes the current situation and optimized development of the agricultural information service system in Rizhao City as the research object,based on the characteristics of the agricultural industry development in Rizhao City,studies the achievements and problems in the construction of its information service system,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve its services.This paper uses a variety of research methods such as literature research,field research,questionnaire research,case study,comparative analysis,and takes the new public service theory,collaborative governance theory and public governance theory as the theoretical basis and guiding principles to summarize and analyze the achievements of the construction of the agricultural information service system in Rizhao,such as the establishment of the agricultural product traceability system such as "Huinong Code" Establish smart agricultural application base and other demonstration sites.However,there are also some deficiencies,such as the low participation of service subjects outside the government,and the lack of talent training and utilization.Therefore,this paper summarizes the excellent experience in the construction of agricultural information services at home and abroad,and combines the actual situation of Rizhao City to put forward countermeasures and suggestions suitable for Rizhao City:encourage market participants to participate in agricultural information services,and improve the quality of services through competition mechanism;Standardize and integrate agricultural information resources and realize information resource sharing among different departments and platforms;Further develop the construction of communication infrastructure in rural areas,expand the channels for farmers to obtain agricultural information,and realize efficient information services;Through targeted training to improve farmers’ literacy,cultivate professional and compound talents,and strengthen talent introduction to improve the overall agricultural information literacy in the agricultural system,the good use of these talents will also better optimize the agricultural information system in Rizhao.
