In order to fully implement the decision and deployment of the State Council,provinces,and cities on "comprehensively implementing one window acceptance",the Liaoning Provincial Government has issued the "Implementation Plan for Promoting the Reform of the" Comprehensive Window "of Government Services in Liaoning Province".In order to implement the requirements of this plan,promote the transformation of government functions,and optimize the soft environment of government services,the Administrative Service Hall of Jinpu New Area continues to overcome difficulties and innovate in areas such as promoting "decentralization,management,and service" reform,promoting the improvement of government service efficiency and public satisfaction,and promoting the "one window acceptance" reform.The theme of this article is the "One Window Acceptance" reform of the Administrative Service Hall in Jinpu New Area,Dalian.Taking the promotion of the "decentralization,management,and service" reform as the background,this article first introduces the current situation of the "One Window Acceptance" reform of the Administrative Service Hall in Jinpu New Area,Dalian,and discusses the measures taken and results achieved in the "One Window Acceptance" reform of the Administrative Service Hall in Jinpu New Area,Dalian.On the basis of conducting questionnaire surveys and interviews with administrative hall window staff and some administrative masses,in-depth research was conducted on them,in order to gain a correct understanding of the problems that occurred in the reform of the One Window Acceptance System in Jinpu New Area,Dalian,and to analyze the problems that arose during the reform;Especially in terms of approval procedures,incentive mechanisms,policy promotion,personnel capabilities,etc;Through in-depth analysis of the successful practices of the "One Window Acceptance" reform in Putian City,Fujian Province,Leshan City,Sichuan Province,Changping District,Beijing,and other places in China,suggestions were put forward for the further development and improvement of the "One Window Acceptance" reform in Jinpu New Area,Dalian.Scientific and effective measures were proposed to standardize approval behavior,strengthen supervision mechanisms,establish effective service incentive mechanisms,strengthen publicity and promotion,and strengthen professional training for staff Effective countermeasures.Therefore,the research in this article is not only a deep promotion of the "one window acceptance" reform of the administrative service hall in Jinpu New Area,but also has strong practical guidance significance for the construction and development of administrative service halls in various regions.It is conducive to the construction and development of the entire government service approval model,and has profound significance for further deepening the "decentralization,management,and service" reform.
