With the continuous development of China’s urbanization,urban development is very fast,but the rural floating population has emerged"reflux" phenomenon.The "reflux" of the rural migrant population can be divided into "active reflow" and "passive reflow".The occurrence of the former is mainly based on the better expectations of the actors themselves and can promote the local economic development.While the latter’s return is more due to the high pressure of urban life,are "urban out"results,is not conducive to the progress of urbanization.How to better adapt to the "reflux" phenomenon,to help them re-employment in the countryside,improve migrant workers to adapt to the city,we must be concerned about.The investigation and research of this article is guided by Marxist materialist dialectics and historical materialism.This paper chooses Anhui Province,Sichuan Province and Henan Province as the main research sites,combined with literature,questionnaires,interviews and other survey methods,in order to objectively and fairly restore the rural migrant "reflux" status quo.And to conduct systematic analysis to seek the relevant intervention path.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background and significance of the article,domestic and foreign related research.This paper uses the research methods and ideas,and illustrates the article’s difficult and innovative.On the basis of the related concept,the second part discusses the characteristics and forms of the "reflux" group with the questionnaire data and interviews.The third part is mainly "reflux" reasons,divided into urban thrust and rural rally.The fourth part is based on the previous investigation,which shows the dilemma of the rural migrant "reflux".The fifth part mainly deals with the double-path intervention strategy of "reflux" of rural floating population.
