Abstract/Summary:
Urban public sports infrastructure is an important part of public service resources in the whole city.It is also an index to evaluate the living standard and quality of urban community residents, and an important benchmark to reflect urban civilization and social level. However,in the process of China’s urban development, due to the lack of relevant basis of scientific theoretical guidance system in the process of planning and layout of public sports facilities, the spatial rationality and efficiency of public sports facilities are often ignored in the construction process.Taking Beijing as an example, this paper collects data by combining Baidu map and Tiantu map, ensures the uniqueness of data by eliminating duplicate items, uploads point information through Baidu map developer function to query its latitude and longitude data, and finally obtains 4934 public sports facilities in the city,According to the classification standard of main index data bulletin of Beijing stadium sites in 2019,all public sports facilities are divided into basic sports facilities,Ball Games facilities, ice and snow sports facilities, sports fitness facilities and large sports facilities, using the nearest neighbor index,Gini coefficient, nuclear density The results are as follows:(1)Beijing has a long history, and the construction history and development degree of different spaces are different, which will inevitably lead to significant regional differences in public sports facilities. The allocation level of public sports facilities among different urban areas is not balanced.Taking the East and West urban areas and Chaoyang Haidian as an example, the overall allocation density of public sports facilities exceeds Fangshan,Mentougou,Miyun Yanqing and other suburbs of Beijing,And the further away from the city, the more scarce public sports facilities are.(2)The overall spatial distribution of public sports facilities in Beijing is agglomerative distribution type, and the five categories of public sports facilities appear relatively agglomerative spatial distribution in the construction process.Through the analysis,it can be seen that the overall distribution of public sports facilities in Beijing is very different, and the central city is highly agglomerative while the surrounding suburbs are scattered,There is a serious imbalance.(3)The "core periphery" structure of public sports facilities in Beijing is obvious, and the nuclear density gradually decreases outward. In addition to ball games and ice and snow sports venues, the core density of the other three venues are in the central area of Beijing; The distribution of cold and hot spots in the central urban area presents accumulation distribution, the transition zone from the center to the remote urban area has no significant characteristics, and the remote urban area presents discrete distribution.(4)Policy factors, population factors, economic factors, traffic environment and other factors have a significant impact on the spatial layout of public sports facilities in Beijing. The distribution of public sports facilities shows obvious characteristics of policy oriented agglomeration, dependence on natural conditions, concentration of population rich areas and large number of high economic level areas.(5)The accessibility distribution of public sports facilities in Haidian District of Beijing is uneven. The accessibility tends to be concentric circle and gradually diverges outward. The more it tends to the edge of Haidian District, the worse its accessibility is.According to the calculation of the shortest commuting time, the newly added public sports facilities to meet the basic needs of daily exercise 92%or more residents.(6)In view of the above research conclusions, this paper puts forward some suggestions:under the guidance of the daily physical exercise needs of urban residents,we should combine the increased facilities in the suburbs with the existing facilities in the city;To find a balance between efficiency and fairness.
