Analysis On The Characteristics Of Using Technique And Tactics Of Our Country’s Excellent Athletes Gong Li

Although karate started late in China,with the continuous training,China has gradually emerged a number of excellent karate athletes,with excellent competitive performance among the world’s top athletes.At present,Gong Li,a Chinese karate athlete,ranked the first in the karate female kumite-68kg individual points in the National Games and the third in the karate female kumite-68kg points in the World Karate Federation.She is the benchmark figure in this level in China.This article through to Gong Li at the 2019 world karate super league(Shanghai),the 2020 world karate super league(Austria),2020 national karate tournament series,national karate championship finals in 2020,a total of 23 games technical and tactical usage as the research object of the research and analysis,found Gong Li advantages and deficiencies in the tactics to use,explore the tactics using the characteristics and laws,to understand our country and international female kumite-68kg of advanced technology,This paper provides theoretical support and technical reference for the athletes preparing for the Tokyo Olympic Games and the 14th National Games.In this paper,the following conclusions are drawn through the research of literature method,video observation method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method and comparative analysis method:1.In terms of techniques,through the analysis of Gong Li’s 6 competitions,it is found that Gong Li’s application of techniques has changed significantly.In the competition in 2019,Gong Li mainly focused on her leg techniques and supplemented her boxing techniques,and her scores were mainly from her leg techniques.In 2020,Gong Li’s use of boxing techniques gradually surpassed the use of leg techniques.In the competition of 2020,boxing techniques will be Gong Li’s main scoring means.Compared with 2019,the utilization rate and success rate of Gong Li’s wrestling technique in 2020 have also increased slightly.At the present stage,Gong Li is best at using the upper forehand fist and the back leg cross-kick in the middle.These two techniques are the most commonly used and also the main scoring means of Gong Li in the competition.2.From the aspects of overall tactical applications,is most good at using Gong Li offensive tactics,usually in the game was supplemented to meet tactics based on offense,but from the point of success rate,tactics of is the highest success rate of all the tactical tactical type,you can see Gong Li for counter has good timing,flexible tactical use conversion in the game.3.Through the analysis of Gong Li’s 6 competitions,it is found that Gong Li uses slightly different techniques and tactics when she participates in international and domestic competitions.In international competitions,Gong Li is flexible in using skills and tactics.When facing international players,she will use pace maneuver and fake movements to cheat her opponents.She has a comprehensive range of techniques and tactics.In domestic competitions,Gong Li did not use too much pace transfer and feint tactics,but usually chose to use a single direct attack tactics,breaking through the opponent’s defense with a strong attack and achieving the goal of scoring quickly.Compared with international competitions,Gong Li used only one tactic in domestic competitions,and used less other tactics except attacking tactics.
