As a typical application of service robot in educational scene,educational robot is of great significance to construct intelligent learning environment and improve the level of educational management intelligence.Student’s classroom attendance is a cumbersome but not less educational management,the current classroom attendance system has the problem of others sign-off,attendance efficiency and low degree of intelligence.Therefore,how to apply the educational robot to students’ classroom attendance to solve the problem of student sign-off,attendance queue crowding and classroom early exit has become the focus of this paper.Based on the analysis of the current situation of educational robot and intelligent attendance system,combined with the school’s classroom attendance needs,this paper designs and implements a two-channel classroom attendance robot system based on face recognition and fingerprint recognition,aiming at improving attendance efficiency,preventing sign-off,etc.,and at the same time realizing the full attendance of the curriculum through monitoring the phenomenon of early exit from the classroom,and finally establishing a visual attendance management system to improve the efficiency and intelligence level of teachers’ classroom attendance management.The details of the study are as follows:(1)The design of the attendance robot system.In order to meet the needs of mobile attendance and intelligent attendance management,a classroom attendance robot system based on dual-channel identification is designed.The system consists of three parts,including a two-channel classroom attendance mechanism based on face recognition and fingerprint recognition,a visual attendance management system and a hardware system.(2)Motion control of attendance robots.In order to realize the control of attendance robot walking,steering and movement route,it is able to follow the movement route in class,so as to complete the class attendance.A control structure based on robot behavior is designed.Based on the drive module and rangefest sensor,piD control system is used to optimize the motor control of attendance robot.In The Simulink simulation,the parameters of the PID control system are adjusted,so that the attendance robot can meet the requirements of the classroom tour for its motion control.(3)The classroom attendance function of attendance robot is designed and realized.In view of the monitoring of the phenomenon of early exit of students in class,a classroom attendance mechanism based on dual-channel identification is designed.The robot’s fingerprint recognition and face recognition face_recognition through the UART Fingerprint Reader module and the open source project.Based on the Django framework and Pyecharts technology,the attendance management system has been developed to realize the functions of student information entry,attendance record query and data visual analysis.
