The employment placement of retired athletes has always been a concern of the society,and it is also an issue that should not be underestimated in the development of my country’s competitive sports under the current national system.In recent years,my country’s competitive sports industry has made continuous progress and development.What follows is the problem of the athletes’ employment after retirement.The sports achievements obtained by the athletes during service and the employment difficulties they face after retirement have become the current development of the sports industry.Important contradictions in the process.Nowadays,a large number of retired athletes are facing the problem of reemployment,which has also had a certain impact on the development of our society.The importance of proper placement of retired athletes is needless to say.It is not only related to the personal development prospects of the athletes,but also related to the development stamina of the sports team,and even the success or failure of the national sports industry.If this problem is not properly resolved for a long time,it will become a major obstacle restricting the development of competitive sports in my country.Therefore,whether it is from the perspective of enriching the sports reserve force,or as a compensation for athletes who have contributed their youth and sweat to the country,the difficulties faced by retired athletes in employment placement should be paid attention to by the government and sports.The department should also take corresponding measures to help retired athletes to properly solve this problem.This article mainly studies the difficulties faced by retired athletes in Guangxi in employment placement.Based on the theory of social quality,it analyzes the dilemmas of survival security,rights security,social development and social support faced by retired athletes.Taking Guangxi retired athletes as the research object,through interviews and surveys with Guangxi retired athletes,active athletes,coaches and sports department staff,to understand the current situation of the employment placement of retired athletes in Guangxi,and then discuss the current Guangxi based on the survey results.The difficulties faced by retired athletes in employment placement and targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Research believes that the resolution of the employment placement of retired athletes in Guangxi needs to be based on the four dimensions of the social quality theory:the first is the dimension of social and economic security.It is necessary to establish and improve social security policies,cultural education policies,and employment and entrepreneurship policies for the employment placement of retired athletes;the second is the dimension of social solidarity,build an employment information platform for retired athletes,build a social support system for retired athletes coordinated by multiple subjects,and strengthen non-government Organize employment support for retired athletes;third is the dimension of social integration,and implement the training system of athletes" integration of sports and education,According to the personal situation and family situation of retired athletes,we will provide "precise" assistance;the four historical social empowerment dimensions,and finally start from the retired athletes themselves,further improve their cultural level and comprehensive quality,and make reasonable plans for their careers.
