The college entrance examination system the groundwork for country and national development.As the connection of basic education and higher education,under the socialist new era,college entrance examination entails cultural literacy from middle school education students.Besides,it requires to formulate selection criteria based on different levels of institutions of higher learning and knowledge required for training talents in various majors with considerable span.The proposition of science is the most basic part of the college entrance examination.The Ministry of Education issued “China’s College Entrance Examination Evaluation System “in2019,establishing a college entrance examination content system including "core values,subject literacy,key abilities and necessary knowledge".The reflection degree of the college entrance examination on the college entrance examination evaluation system needs to be deeply explored.As a basic discipline of Natural Science-Physics,the consistency between the college entrance examination and the evaluation system needs to be studied in time,which is conducive to the future life-long physics examination and teaching practice.First of all,this paper establishes the research with the consistency of the high school examination questions and “China’s College Entrance Examination Evaluation System” as the starting point,and analyzes the requirements of “China’s College Entrance Examination Evaluation System”.Then,after combing the literature on consistency research at home and abroad,according to the characteristics of the physics college entrance examination in China,Webb Model is determined as the basic research method.This paper adopts the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research and uses literature research,content analysis,interview,case analysis.Consequently,The theoretical framework and analysis tool of the consistency analysis of China college entrance examination physics questions and China College Entrance Examination Evaluation System are constructed,which includes(1)Divide the consistency evaluation dimension according to the college entrance examination evaluation system and the Webb analysis model;(2)Divide the specific objectives required by the curriculum standards into three aspects: essential knowledge,key ability and subject literacy,Specifically form the index system;(3)To construct the consistency analysis framework of college entrance examination physics questions and college entrance examination evaluation system suitable for China’s national conditions;(4)Explore the consistency characteristics of the college entrance examination physics questions and the college entrance examination evaluation system in the past two years from five dimensions: the types of consistency and breadth of necessary knowledge,the consistency of knowledge distribution balance,the consistency of key abilities and subject literacy.(5)Put forward teaching suggestions based on the consistency characteristics.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn here:(1)The consistency of the necessary knowledge types of the three modules of the 2020 exam I and Ⅱ and the 2021 exam A and B and the required part of the college entrance examination evaluation system has reached the acceptable level;(2)The key ability consistency between the the 2020 exam I and the 2021 exam A and B and the college entrance examination evaluation system reaches the acceptable level;(3)The consistency between the four sets of questions and the required module 1 reached the acceptable level.The consistency of volume B and compulsory module 2 also reached the acceptable level in 2021;(4)The knowledge distribution and balance of the four sets of college entrance examination physics questions has reached an acceptable level;(5)The 2020-2021 college entrance examination physics questions focus on learning and mastery of the six modules,especially the compulsory modules;the practical exploration examination focuses on the required modules and the optional compulsory experiment;the questions involving the thinking method literacy mainly come from the compulsory modules and the optional compulsory modules.
