| The century-old plan,education-oriented;Teachers are the foundation of education.The CPC Central Committee has given prominence to the construction of a contingent of teachers,stressing the need to create a contingent of high-quality,professional and innovative teachers that satisfy the Party and the people.In order to promote the professional development of teachers,teachers should not only expand their knowledge,skills and abilities in subject teaching,but also constantly strengthen their reflection and research on teaching practice,so as to promote the accumulation of practical knowledge.The sharing of teachers’ practical knowledge is related to teachers’ professional growth and knowledge reserve as well as the quality of students’ training.Based on the research results of teachers’ practical knowledge sharing both at home and abroad,the present situation and existing problems of teachers’ practical knowledge sharing in Dali E School were investigated and analyzed by using questionnaire survey and interview method.The results show that,on the whole,teachers’ practical knowledge sharing has a good trend.The level of intention,effect and atmosphere of knowledge sharing is relatively high,but the level of internal teaching and research sharing and motivation of knowledge sharing are relatively low.Specifically,the weakness of internal teaching and research sharing is manifested in the internal activities of the teaching and research group,scientific and standardized sharing procedures,good sharing atmosphere,and the effectiveness of teaching and research activities.The lack of incentive strength of knowledge sharing is reflected in the rules and regulations of sharing behavior among teachers and the organization of leaders on site.High school teachers’ gender,age,teaching age,professional title,position,teaching subject and other variables have significant differences in practical knowledge sharing or some dimensions.On this basis,through in-depth analysis of the reasons for the problems in teachers’ practical knowledge sharing,it is further discovered that the school cultural atmosphere,the characteristics of the knowledge itself,teacher individual differences,and teacher knowledge management capabilities are the main factors that affect the practical knowledge sharing of E high school teachers.reason.Based on the current situation,existing problems,and cause analysis of teachers’ practical knowledge sharing in E high school,this research starts from shaping a harmonious cultural atmosphere for teachers’ practical knowledge sharing,encouraging teachers to become practitioners of knowledge sharing,researchers and promoters of educational theories,and education Discoverer and builder of knowledge;promote knowledge sharing by establishing a regular sharing system and perfect sharing incentive system,and promote the institutionalization and standardization of teachers’ practical knowledge sharing;strengthen knowledge management through peer mutual assistance,expert guidance,regional linkage,and network support Optimize knowledge sharing activities and build a platform for teachers to share practical knowledge. |
