The construction of “double-Qualified” teacher teams in higher vocational colleges has always been highly valued by the state.Since 2019,relevant departments have made strategic arrangements for the construction of teacher teaching innovation teams in a policy-led manner.However,due to the late start,team building is still in the exploration stage,and there is still a lack of mature experience for reference.Therefore,it is of broad space and positive significance to carry out research on the construction of the teaching innovation team of“double-Qualified” teachers in higher vocational colleges.This study selects the “double-Qualified” teacher teaching innovation team of S School in Yunnan Province as the research object.Based on national construction standards,it comprehensively uses literature analysis,investigation and research methods and case studies,and combines teachers’ professional development theory and learning community theory to design research plans.Through a questionnaire survey of all team members and interviews with team leaders,team members and part-time teachers of the enterprise,relevant research on the team building of the school is carried out to explore the useful experience in the process of team building,hoping to provide experience for the teaching innovation team building of “double-Qualified” teachers in other higher vocational colleges.The study found that there are problems in teaching innovation team building in S schools that need to be optimized;the ability of teachers to participate in team building needs to be improved;and the team building cooperation community has not been fully established.It also explores the factors affecting teaching innovation team building from the aspects of relevant system construction,teacher ability improvement mechanism and the synergy of each subject’s participation in team building.The research suggests that we can start from three aspects: building a “double-Qualified”structure team,improving teachers’ ability to participate in team building,and improving the enthusiasm of various subjects to participate in team building,so as to improve the quality of“double-Qualified” teacher teaching innovation team construction.First,in terms of building a “double-Qualified” structure team with special and integration,first,we should clarify the team structure standards and optimize the team structure;second,we should improve the team access system and increase the proportion of part-time teachers.Second,in terms of improving teachers’ ability to participate in team building,first,it is necessary to carry out stratified classification training for individual teachers;second,special training should be carried out for all abilities required for teachers to participate in team building.Third,in terms of improving the enthusiasm of various subjects to participate in team building,first,we should improve the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in team building through collaborative efforts;second,we should improve the institutional guarantee system of team building through systems and regulations;third,we should improve the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in team building through the optimization mechanism...
