Research On The Promotion And Development Countermeasures Of Zhengzhou Small Basketball Under The Background Of "Double Reduction" Policy

Under the influence of the "double reduction" policy,which is designed to reduce the homework and off-campus training burden of students in compulsory education in China,students will be given more time to devote to sports.The development of small basketball aims to lay a solid foundation for the development of basketball and add reserve strength for the cause of basketball in China.In this paper,based on the "double reduction" policy,through the interpretation of the "double reduction" policy,the use of literature method,interview method,questionnaire method,field investigation method,PEST analysis and other research methods,Zhengzhou small basketball promotion situation is analyzed,and put forward development countermeasures.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the in-depth interpretation of the "double reduction" policy literature,summed up the impact on the school sports work,teachers,families,after-school training institutions.(2)The macro environment of the promotion of small basketball in Zhengzhou is analyzed by USING PEST analysis method.The promotion of small basketball in Zhengzhou has a good policy environment,economic environment,social environment and technical environment.(3)The promotion of little basketball in Zhengzhou is supervised and managed by zhengzhou Education Bureau and Zhengzhou Sports Bureau,and operated and implemented by Zhengzhou Basketball Association and Campus basketball Office.Through selecting characteristic schools of basketball in elementary schools,opening little basketball courses and building teaching staff,the promotion of little basketball in Zhengzhou is supervised and managed by Zhengzhou Education Bureau and Zhengzhou Sports Bureau.Guiding social forces;A little basketball league;Establish professional promotion team as the main promotion strategy.(4)There are obvious differences between basketball characteristic schools in elementary schools and other schools in terms of equipment and facilities,teachers,curriculum arrangement and the form of developing small basketball.There are some problems in basketball training institutions such as unreasonable venue arrangement,lack of relevant qualifications of coaches and low degree of training specialization.In the small basketball competition form gradually diversified,the competition system gradually tends to be complete.In terms of promotion of professional teams,relevant departments promote the widespread popularity of little basketball with the help of "star effect" and Internet means,but the promotion efforts in remote areas are not enough,showing obvious regional differences.(5)According to the current development situation of little basketball in Zhengzhou,the following development countermeasures are put forward: respond to the "double reduction" policy,strengthen the multiple linkage between government functional departments,schools,families and society,and strengthen the promotion;Improve the small basketball sports infrastructure construction,strengthen the security system;Strengthen the construction and training of small basketball teachers;Expand the size of the basketball school team and enhance its influence;Improve the little basketball course system,improve after-class delay service quality;We will strengthen supervision and management of training institutions and effectively implement the "double reduction" policy.
