| As an important part of the ideological and political education curriculum, the social practice of college students can have a significant positive impact on college students, schools and society, but due to the diversity, complexity, potential and long-term nature of the results and benefits of social practice activities, its benefits are difficult to quantify and analyze. Therefore,it is necessary to introduce the theory of non-monetary income in education, according to the self-feelings and evaluations of college students, explore the current situation of non-monetary income level of college students’ social practice based on evidence, analyze the influencing factors, and seek improvement strategies. In this context, the relevant literature was sorted out,and the four universities in the Yangtze River Delta region were used as the research objects, the data were collected through questionnaire surveys and interviews, and the SPSS25.0 and AMOS22.0 statistical software were used for analysis. The results are displayed,(1)The private non-monetary non-market benefits of college students’social practice are embodied in five dimensions:social adaptation, interpersonal communication, behavior norms, public participation and psychological experience;(2)Total benefit is at the high-middle level, and the benefit dimensions in descending order are:social adaptation, psychological experience, interpersonal commumication, social participation and ethical behavior;(3)All these factors, including the number of social practices, the time to participate in social practice, the number of training, the length of single practice, the intensity of propaganda, the degree of school and social support, and the construction of social practice base, have a significant positive effects on the total private benefits or the one dimension of benefits. Finally, the article puts forward five policy suggestions:take a long-term view and guide college students to participate in social practice as soon as possible;colleges and universities should strengthen the publicity and training of social practice;the government and all sectors of society actively support and provide guarantees for the social practice of college students;establish a normalized social practice base;and strengthen cooperation and exchanges between regional universities. |
