Food safety is a major livelihood issue related to the people’s life safety and economic and social stability.At present,it is highly concerned by the international community and has developed into a global and major strategic issue.The central government attaches great importance to food safety.General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the "four most stringent" food safety standards.Premier Li Keqiang instructed that "food safety is a big thing."The student group is a special group,and food safety issues in schools have always received widespread attention.This article takes the food safety supervision of school canteens in L District of Luzhou City as the research object,and uses the theory of public management to study it.Through summarizing and sorting out the main points of supervision research in the field of food safety in school canteens at home and abroad,and defining concepts and sorting out theories,according to the supervision actuality after the institutional reform of L District of Luzhou City in 2020,the existing problems are discussed.Analysis from multiple perspectives such as self,government departments,parents of students,and the news media found that there are major problems such as weak government supervision,unclear powers and responsibilities of supervision departments,and low level of social participation.Applying information asymmetry theory and collaborative governance theory,through reading literature,conducting interviews,questionnaire surveys,data analysis and other research methods,proposed improvement measures such as implementing the main responsibility of the school,strengthening the construction of the supervision team,and promoting social collaborative governance.Starting from the tripartite main body of the society,we will improve the food safety supervision level of school canteens in a multi-pronged way,which has certain reference value and reference significance for solving the food safety supervision problems of school canteens in other regions in China. |
