A Study On Employment Assistance Of Chongqing Changshou District Government To Rural Low-income Pople

2021 is the first year of the 14 th five year plan,and comprehensive victory has been achieved in poverty alleviation.The next most important thing is to consolidate the achievements in poverty alleviation,effectively connect and fully promote rural revitalization.At this stage,it is one of the key tasks of governments at all levels to do a good job in providing employment assistance to rural low-income people,improve the employment quality and level of rural low-income people,and enable rural low-income people to steadily increase their income and not return to poverty.Taking Changshou District of Chongqing as an example,this paper comprehensively combs the implementation of policies at the national and municipal levels,summarizes the basic situation of employment assistance to rural low-income people in Changshou District by comprehensively analyzing relevant data and participating in interview and research,and analyzes the existing problems of assistance work,such as insufficient publicity of the government’s employment assistance policy,the poor effect of the government’s employment skills training,the weak management of public welfare posts,the lack of daily supervision and management of employment assistance,and the limited financial support of the government.The root causes of the problems are analyzed,such as the insufficient guidance for the construction of grass-roots organizations leads to the weak foundation of employment assistance,the inconsistent ideological cognition of cadres makes the employment assistance work not form a joint force,the false style of cadres leads to the help effect not reaching the expectation,the slow progress of cultivating rural basic talents restricts the progress of employment assistance,and so on.Therefore,specific suggestions on employment assistance to rural low-income people in Changshou District are sorted out: Strengthen the guidance of Party Building to lay a solid foundation for government assistance.Strengthen the overall planning of resources to form a joint force.Strengthen the construction of cadres’ work style to ensure that low-income people in rural areas are employed locally and nearby.And strengthen the construction of talent team to provide strong talent support...
