This study takes after-school sports services in primary schools in Hunan Province as a case study under the background of the double reduction policy.It uses qualitative and quantitative mixed methods,literature analysis and questionnaire surveys to sort out relevant theories and collect data,and then use Delphi,AHP and mathematical statistics.and other methods for data processing and analysis,while referring to the research ideas of domestic basic education-related evaluation index systems.Taking the operational definition of after-school sports service evaluation in primary schools as a breakthrough point,the author explores and analyzes the evaluation index system of after-school sports services in primary schools in Hunan Province under the background of the double reduction policy,and then verifies the operability and effectiveness of the system.The main research contents and relevant conclusions of the author are as follows:(1)Distinguish and analyze the conceptual connotation of after-school physical education service evaluation in primary schools and the relevant indicators of operational definitions.Through reading a large number of literatures,the concepts,definitions and connotations related to after-school service evaluation in primary schools are sorted out from previous research,that is:implementation in primary schools,making full use of the advantages of primary school venues,equipment,teachers,etc.,and taking the initiative to undertake After-school sports services for primary school students,various sports activities are carried out after school hours to develop the personality of primary school students,improve the physical quality of primary school students and promote the all-round development of primary school students.The author draws on the research ideas of the domestic basic education-related service quality evaluation index system,and defines the operability of the after-school sports service evaluation index in primary schools in Hunan Province under the background of the double reduction policy:Comprehensively evaluate the behavior of after-school sports services carried out by schools.(2)To study the evaluation index system of after-school sports services in primary schools in Hunan Province under the background of the double reduction policy.On the basis of the operational definition,the author established an evaluation system with 3 first-level indicators and12 second-level indicators by reading a large number of relevant documents and questionnaires;A total of 10 experts from colleges and universities who have studied in the direction of research conducted an exclusive interview and survey,and revised the first and second-level indicators.The first-level indicators remained unchanged,including service input(Y1),service process(Y2)and service effect(Y3);two Then,10 experts conducted a survey on the degree of recognition and ranked the importance of the indicators.On the one hand,the rationality of the revised indicators was verified,and the first and second levels in the index system were evaluated from the degree of expert recognition.The indicators are all greater than 4;then,the weight of the indicators is calculated by the AHP method,and the specific weights of the first-level indicators are obtained,service input(0.24),service process(0.28),service effect(0.48),and the double reduction policy is obtained.In the background,the expression Y=0.24Y1+0.28Y2+0.48Y3 of the evaluation index system of after-school sports service in primary schools in Hunan Province.(3)Carry out small experiments to verify the operability and effectiveness of the indicators.The sample selected for this research is A Primary School in Hunan Province.The Cronbachɑcoefficients of the three scales of students,society and teachers in this test are 0.796,0.933,and 0.923,and the KMO and P values are 0.827&0.000,0.944&0.000,0.855&0.000,respectively.It can be seen from the analysis that,The reliability and validity of this data are high,which are in line with the requirements of the research sample.At the same time,the author verified the data through the Likert Five Scale.The first-level indicators and evaluation performance scores were all higher than 4 points,indicating that the evaluation index system can effectively diagnose the level of after-school sports services in primary schools in Hunan Province.This research focuses on the construction and verification of the evaluation index system of after-school physical education service in primary schools in Hunan Province under the background of the double reduction policy.The main difficulty of this research lies in the determination of indicators and indicator weights,and the development of an evaluation questionnaire for after-school physical education services in primary schools in Hunan Province under the background of the double reduction policy.Xinyi is the first to build an evaluation index system for after-school sports services in primary schools in Hunan Province under the background of the double reduction policy,and develop a related evaluation scale for this evaluation system.During the research process,due to the limitation of the author’s research ability,the number of recovered samples is limited,and the rationality and scientificity of the index measurement needs to be supplemented.
