Institutional Quality, Human Capital And Domestic Value Added Of My Country's Manufacturing Export

Under the background of division of global value chain,the international or regional world pays more and more attention to the actual trade income obtained in international trade,while the content of value-added in exports is to determine the actual trade income of a country or region,especially the content of value-added in manufacturing exports.Data from most research reports show that China’s overall export domestic added value content is low.How to enhance the manufacturing export domestic added value,enhance China’s trade gains,narrow the gap with developed countries,and promote the high-quality development of China’s economy has become a hot topic.The research on the value-added of export has been very mature in the academic circle,including the calculation of value-added of export,the influencing factors and so on.As far as the research on the influencing factors of the domestic value added of exports is concerned,most of them only focus on the research on the influence of foreign direct investment and the import of intermediate goods.Institutional quality and human capital are important factors affecting a country’s economic growth,but scholars have done little research.This paper aims to study the impact of institutional quality and human capital on the domestic added value of exports,and to provide policy suggestions for the high-quality development of my country’s manufacturing industry and the improvement of my country’s trade profit level.First of all,this paper sorts out the relevant literature on three aspects of the domestic added value of export,the quality of the system and the human capital,and the human capital to the domestic added value of export,and makes a summary and comment.Summarizes the theoretical mechanism of the relationship among institutional quality,human capital and export domestic added value.Secondly,the quantitative measurement methods of export domestic added value and institutional quality are sorted out,and the quantitative measurement of export domestic added value,institutional quality and human capital is carried out based on relevant data.Construct the econometric model and the mediating effect model of the relationship between institutional quality and export domestic added value,and conduct empirical regression analysis after collecting data.Thirdly,empirical regression analysis shows that the optimization of institutional quality,namely the improvement of property rights system and the optimization of business environment,can significantly improve the domestic value-added of manufacturing export,and also indirectly promote the improvement of the domestic value-added of manufacturing export by affecting the efficiency effect and allocation effect of human capital.Human capital has a positive effect on the domestic added value of manufacturing exports directly and indirectly through technological innovation and cost-plus.Industrial export scale,foreign direct investment and innovation ability can effectively promote the improvement of export domestic added value.Finally,four policy suggestions are put forward.Improve the industrial institutional environment and build a sound business environment;We will resolutely implement the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resources and strengthen the accumulation of human capital.Strengthening the construction of human capital "supporting facilities";We should enhance China’s ability to attract foreign investment and give full play to the spillover effect of global advanced technology.
