On March 18,2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the integration of ideological and political courses among universities,primary and secondary schools at a symposium for ideological and political teachers.With the continuous advancement of curriculum ideological and political education concept,curriculum ideological and political education should be carried out in the whole school section,and gradually establish the "integration of college,primary and secondary ideological and political courses".This article obtains from the mountain elementary school physical education teaching design,immersive and mining methods to incorporate ideological elements through in every link of sports teaching,through the sports curriculum ideological education to cultivate students physical and moral character,change students’ cognition in sports,help students to establish correct through,sets up the ideal of life,improve the students’ learning enthusiasm and interest,Help students establish lifelong sports awareness.In this study,literature method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and other research methods were used to study the ideological and political education in physical education courses of primary schools in mountainous areas,and the primary school students in Hengjian Middle School of Lushi County,Sanmenxia City were investigated and tested.On the basis of combing the literature,consulting experts in related fields,combining the specific teaching situation of primary schools in mountainous areas,deeply mining the elements of sports ideological and political education,designing the teaching strategy of ideological and political education of primary school physical education in mountainous areas,and carrying out the ideological and political teaching experiment of physical education curriculum for students in Hengjian Central Primary School in Lushi County.The influence of ideological and political education in physical education course on the indicators of students was analyzed by measuring the physical character,cultural accomplishment and value concept of the two groups before and after the experiment.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in gender and age of ideological and political education in physical education courses of primary schools in mountainous areas(P>0.05).(2)after 12 weeks of PE education intervention,the experimental group in every dimension of self-made scale index(interest in sport,cultural quality,aesthetic consciousness,health awareness,patriotism and ideal faith)than before the experiment have been improved significantly(P < 0.05),experiment group after each dimension index improved significantly than control group(P < 0.05).(3)After 12 weeks,there was no improvement in all dimensions of self-made scale in the control group compared with before the experiment(P>0.05).Research Conclusions:(1)Ideological and political education in physical education courses of primary schools in mountainous areas can effectively improve students’ overall ideological and political consciousness,significantly improve the three first-level dimensions of sports character,cultural accomplishment and value concept,and achieve obvious educational effect.(2)The ideological and political education in the physical education curriculum of primary schools in mountainous areas has significantly improved in the two secondary dimensions of cultural literacy and aesthetic awareness,and has significantly improved in the three secondary dimensions of sports interest,patriotism and ideals and beliefs,but has little effect in the dimension of health awareness.Advice:(1)Strengthen the training of teachers in remote mountainous areas and improve their ideological and political awareness.(2)Broaden teachers’ Ideological and political reserves based on Physical Education.(3)Innovating teaching methods and sharing ideological and political achievements among disciplines.(4)Carry forward fine culture and advanced deeds and create a good ideological and political environment.
