Research On Ways To Enhance Students’ Sense Of Gain In Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

Enhancing students’ sense of acquisition in ideological and political education is the inevitable requirement for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue,and it is also an important basis for judging the effectiveness of ideological and political education and the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities.Enhancing the students’ sense of acquisition in ideological and political education in colleges and universities is of great significance for promoting the scientific teaching content of ideological and political education,the humanistic management practice and the comprehensive development of target students.Based on the background of the new era,it is necessary to multi-dimensionally examine the students’ sense of acquisition of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from three aspects: the transformation of teaching system,the law of publicity system and the environment of management system,so as to find the focus of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the perspective of sense of acquisition,that is,the ideological and political theory course should pay attention to the generation of teaching logic and answer the question of "for whom,what,how and on what to build".Ideological work should grasp the use of publicity tools,realize the re-innovation of physical tools and the universal application of virtual tools,and student work should pay attention to students’ growth experience,dig students’ past life background,create students’ present life scenes and look forward to students’ future life vision.Based on the analysis method of "degree of attention-performance standard",the current development status of students’ sense of gain in ideological and political education in colleges and universities can be divided into four quadrants: "supply and demand match,demand exceeds supply,supply exceeds demand,and there is little supply and demand",which reflects the achievements and difficulties in improving students’ sense of gain in ideological and political education in colleges and universities.This paper focuses on the analysis of practical problems such as emphasizing science over life in the teaching of ideological and political theory course,weak entity and empty body in the publicity of ideological and political education,and emphasizing management over education in student work.According to this,this paper puts forward the ways to improve students’ sense of acquisition in ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and promotes students’ sense of acquisition by means of ideological and political theory teaching,which makes target students stratified,teaching contents precise,teaching methods innovative and teaching carriers diversified.Enrich the means of publicity and ideological work to enhance students’ sense of acquisition,innovate the way of entity publicity and give full play to the effect of network education;Strengthen the integration of student work management,education and service to enhance students’ sense of gain,attach importance to the concept of both virtue and goods,ensure the balance between supply and demand in practice,and make students have more sense of gain in planning.
