| With the development of social and political economy,urbanization speeding up,the family structure gradually by a single worker households to shift dual-career couples,The number of nuclear families and migrant families has increased,Because parents work time and children afternoon school time is inconsistent,lead to "half past three" problem appear,concern for many parents,after-school sports service can effectively solve the "half past three" problem;In 2017,in order to better implement the primary and middle school students after-school service work,solve the problem of parents "half past three",the Ministry of Education issued "about primary and secondary school students after-school service work guidance",then in 2021,the State Council on printing "about to further reduce the compulsory education stage student’s work burden and external training of opinions in the stressed,Schools should improve after-school services to basically meet the diverse needs of students;In addition,according to the results of the eighth National Student physique and health survey,the physical health of primary and secondary school students in China still needs to be improved,and after-school sports services can increase the time for physical activities of primary and secondary school students,which plays a certain role in improving their physical health.Papers in after-school sports service safeguard mechanism in anhui province as the research object,using the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics research methods,such as investigating after-school sports service in anhui province to carry out the situation,the main investigation in anhui province after class sports service policy,finance,school internal supply resources and evaluating the current situation of regulation,etc,This paper analyzes the difficulties and causes of after-school sports service development,and draws lessons from international experience to construct after-school sports service guarantee mechanism in Anhui Province.The results are as follows :(1)the policy support of after-school physical education service is ineffective;(2)Poor financial matching of after-school sports services;(3)insufficient cognition of after-school sports services by parents;(4)Insufficient supply of internal resources in schools,mainly manifested in insufficient school facilities,insufficient quantity and quality of school PE teachers,single after-school PE service content,etc.,resulting in imbalance between school supply and student demand;(5)The operation mode of after-school sports service is relatively simple;(6)The evaluation and supervision of after-school sports service is insufficient;(7)Insufficient incentive measures for after-school sports services.Aiming at the problems existing in the development of after-school physical education service in Anhui Province,the guarantee mechanism of after-school physical education service in anhui province is constructed based on international experience and the actual situation.The specific path are as follows :(1)improve the supply of policies and regulations;(2)Establish a multi-channel financing mechanism;(3)Implementation of service quality monitoring;(4)Improve after-school sports service incentive mechanism;(5)Explore multiple operation modes;(6)Optimize the internal supply resources of the school,including strengthening the teaching staff at the grass-roots level,developing site facilities in multiple ways,enriching the content of service supply,and strengthening security measures;(7)Build an information transmission platform;(8)Coordinating community resources to assist services;(9)Enhance parents’ understanding and cooperation. |
