Research On The Current Situation,predicament And Countermeasures Of After-school Physical Education Service Implementation In Junior Middle Schools Of Anhui Province Under The Background Of "Double Reduction"

In recent years,the health problems of junior high school students,the supervision of after-school education and the economic burden of out-of-school education and training are the hot issues that are widely concerned by all sectors of society.To solve these problems,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued opinions on Further Reducing the Homework burden and Off-campus Training burden of Students in compulsory Education on July 24,2021.Subsequently,Anhui Province actively implemented the national "double reduction" policy and made specific implementation plans for after-school services in Anhui Province.After-school sports service as one of the main contents of service after class,to enrich students’ sports activities,to cultivate students interests,strengthen students’ physique plays an important role,but junior high school class service implementation in Anhui province to carry out the time is not long,the introduced many powerful policy options but did not form a perfect after service system,There are still many problems to be solved in the process of implementation.This paper will from the students,parents,teachers and other aspects of Anhui province junior middle school after-school physical education service implementation status and existing difficulties to investigate and research and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,promote Anhui province after-school physical education service to achieve both quality and efficiency.This study in junior high school in Anhui province after class sports service implementation present situation and the existing problems and difficulties as the research object mainly USES the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,interview method,mathematical statistics,carries on the investigation and study,through the survey found that junior middle school,after-school sports service in Anhui province in the process of implementation of exhibition exist the following problems:(1)the policy laws and regulations is not perfect,the regulatory system is not sound,(2)the main body of teachers strength weak limit after-school sports service supply(3)facilities is not complete,there is a certain hidden trouble of security(4)single movement project,to carry out the low frequency,restricts the students to participate in the enthusiasm of(5)students,parents,teachers,demand is difficult to coordinate,It is difficult to carry out after-school sports services(6)there are certain deficiencies in security measures(7)lack of evaluation mechanism and other problems.According to the problems existing in after-school sports service,the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)perfect the laws and regulations,improve the regulatory system,clarify the functions at different levels(2)the integration of "social integration" resources supply,expanding the teachers sources(3)to increase government financial support and widen the channels of funding sources(4)increase precision Shi Ce,to carry out the services(5)to build the whole security risk management mechanism(6)strengthen the supply structure,according to the demand,(7)Improve the evaluation and feedback system of after-school sports service.
