Poverty alleviation through education is an endogenous way of poverty alleviation,which plays a fundamental,pioneering and sustainable role in targeted poverty alleviation.As poverty problems and poverty demands become multi-dimensional,poverty governance is faced with the dilemma of "fragmented" governance.Moreover,China has entered the "post-targeted poverty alleviation era" characterized by relative poverty,and the pattern of multi-subject cooperation in poverty alleviation through education needs to be improved.As a volunteer service force born out of the background of education poverty alleviation in central and western China,the Postgraduate Teaching support League has effectively alleviated the dilemma of a large number of teacher resources shortage in central and western China over the past 20 years,promoted the benign development of local education and made positive contributions to poverty alleviation.Graduate Zhi Jiao Tuan implementing education for poverty alleviation in the process of action,not constrained by itself,but with the colleges and universities,service to the government,social enterprises,such as cooperation,join the main advantage for poverty alleviation,formed in the process of nonlinear interaction of the coordination effect of complementary resources,so as to promote the realization of teaching goals and teaching behavior of spiral for poverty alleviation.Therefore,the collaborative mechanism formed by graduate student support groups in the implementation of poverty alleviation education is worth further exploring.Based on the theory of collaborative governance,through field investigation and interview,and with the three elements of concept,subject and system as the analytical framework,this paper sorted out the collaborative mechanism and its effectiveness characteristics formed by the graduate Education support Group of S University in 22 years of poverty alleviation and education support.Survey found,S colleges and universities graduate Zhi Jiao Tuan is one of the earliest established graduate Zhi Jiao Tuan,active in participating in service education poverty reduction process using advantage resources,extension subject of colleges and universities,government and enterprise common boundary,thus forming program "philosophy synergy together subject system synergy" cooperative governance mechanism,It has promoted the organic integration of service concepts,coordinated efforts of multiple subjects,coordinated promotion of multiple guarantees,and rapid and sustainable achievements in poverty alleviation.It has completed the poverty alleviation task of supporting education with high quality,and the relevant experience is worthy of extensive reference by other supporting education groups.On this basis,combined with cases and relevant literature,this paper analyzes the three existing problems of the collaborative mechanism of poverty alleviation through education of graduate support groups,and proposes the optimization path of the collaborative mechanism of poverty alleviation through education of graduate support groups in the post-targeted poverty alleviation era from the perspectives of concept,subject and system.It includes strengthening the concept of poverty alleviation through collaborative education,adjusting the main functions of the three parties,and improving relevant institutional guarantee.This paper introduces the theory of collaborative governance to discuss the collaborative mechanism formed by the graduate student support league in participating in poverty alleviation,which provides a path for the healthy development of the graduate student support League’s poverty alleviation action in the new era.But Zhi Jiao Tuan graduate student education action for poverty alleviation is a complex system engineering,this article selects the sample quantity is limited,the graduate student Zhi Jiao Tuan education poverty alleviation of the specific conditions of the coordinated mechanism for each Zhi Jiao Tuan and service to the actual situation varies,so whether the presented optimization Suggestions have pervasive effect still need to practice test. |
